The staff were welcoming and friendly. The bed was comfortable, the water temperature and preasure was great. The size of the room was fantastic. There was mold behind the glass of the art in the bathroom. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash containers are hanging on the wall in the shower that you will hit hou arm on them, guaranteed. I was very disappointed the indoor pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance, I was really looking forward to using them.

The check in process was very quick and easy. The front desk was very helpful. Their website advertises a pool and spa that is now closed for construction. I indicated I wanted housekeeping services at least once or twice during my stay (you need to indicate that at check-in). Housekeeping never came once. Some of the things you would expect to see at a hotel such as an iron was missing from the room and I needed to to call the front desk. Overall, the staff was friendly but my experience was barely average considering the price.
The staff was not trained on how to check people in when guests use a third party to book.

it is conveniently located, however outside the landscaping needs attention, a lot of weeds in beds, there have obviously been leaks from above in the room, there was a broken shelf in the shower that had veen glued together instead of replaced, there was not enough linen and did not smell clean
From check in to check out, all was Great. Nice Clean, modern, and comfortable rooms, we decided to stay an extra night because of the cleanliness and courteous staff!

Room very nice and comfortable. I suggest putting a mirror somewhere outside the bathroom. Hard for 4 women to get dressed. Need to mix feather pillows with some foam pillows. And just get rid of that “Bistro”. Food is a joke.
I stayed at 7 different hotels on my recent trip throughout the south. This one was by far the most beautiful and had the friendliest staff. It was a good value too.
It is a nice hotel I visited. I like the swimming pool. The fitness room is fine, and should be bigger. Thank you.
Was impressed with the overall quiteness. My room was next to elevator but did not hear it or people coming and going. My only disappointment was that there was no comp. breakfast. OK , just went by McDonald's on the way out.

Had a softball tournament in Saturday but decided to make it a full weekend get a away. Hotel location was great, right off the interstate and near all restaurants and not far from the beach. Rooms were very clean and staff was very friendly. Also the parking area was secure and didn't have to worry about our cars. Would stay here again.
