great place to stay for families. I would recommend this hotel. We will definitely stay here again

Nice staff, warm pool and big rooms. Comfortable beds. Was undergoing renovation when we were there so hard to find parking spots. Nice elderly clientele and nice staff.

Suites were spacious but a little run down. The location was right next to several restaurants and convenient access to the beach.

I think with a little work this hotel could be a solid 3. The front of the building looks nice and the lobby is nice but It just looks tired. Get some high school kids and give them some paint brushes and it would go along way to sprucing the place up. We rented a beach front room that wasn't a beach front. None of them were. the handle on the toilet was broken and the windows were dirty.

This is a nice place for families who want a condo with decent amount of space, and very close to everything. Other then finding a dead cockroach in the kitchen cupboard, we liked this place. The two pools were clean, and there were always enough lounge chairs around the area. We loved the short walk to the beach and also to many local restaurants/shops. The rooms could really use major updating, but it's a place to sleep really. Bring socks if your worried about germs, because the carpets throughout the 2nd floor condos are incredibly old and dirty. I had my 1 yr old with and didn't like her playing on the floors. The outside grounds and gardens are absolutely perfect though. We liked the outdoor grilling courtyard area. Would stay again.

This place was beautiful. Access to the beach, food available for delivery to room until 1:30 AM and reasonably priced hotel. Would highly recommend to anyone wanted to stay in the Cocoa Beach Area.

The snowbirds that stay at the hotel are very friendly.

I have been all over. From Hawaii to Mass. This is the best place I have ever been for an extended stay (although most trips are traveling trips). If you want to decompress, or have a family, this is the best place to stay. The garden view rooms offer privacy so even if you are sitting outside your room you have limited visibility of the rooms opposite you. The fully stocked kitchens make it easy to buy groceries and save money cooking - not to mention the grills dotting the beautiful gardens. The hotel staff is the friendliest I have ever encountered. I was sad to leave after six nights. If I go back to Cocoa Beach this is the only hotel I will stay at. You cant beat everything that you get for the money.

Stayed with my nephews on the way to do a moving job. Pleasant, big suites, two bedrooms. Clean, comfortable. Large courtyard with exotic plants and trees. Numerous gas grills for use by residents. easy, short walk to the beach. Well worth the money.

Great value for the money. Older, but nice facility short walk to the beach. We like the full kitchen, which saved a lot on meals. 800 sq. ft. gave us lots of room in our suite.

We had a wonderful time it was a nice place, good rooms, near beach, awesome price and we would stay again.

At check-in learned my beach front room was facing busiest street in Cocoa Beach and had to pay upgrade for beachfront that was near beach but faced parking lot. NO ROOMS are beach front or have view of beach. Then refrigerator didn't work lost some of food I had bought. Would not recommend.

Our room was close enough to walk to the beach, but if we had been poolside it was a lot further walk. Our only complaint was we were unable to get on wifi using our iphones. So we had 5 people trying to use wifi and was unsuccessful.

Great place! We will be going back again. Loved the grills in the garden area and private beach access. Also, our room keys were worth a 15 discount at Ron Jon's which we made useful! The suite concept is the way to go!

Can't beat the location! Check in was a breeze, but limited parking was an issue. Upon walking into our room there was a very strong scent of bleach. The decor is very old, like from the 70's, and there were stains on the carpet and lamp shades. The draw is the 2 separate bedrooms, as we were staying with friends this made it feel a little more comfortable & private. Could use a remodel, the grounds were landscaped nicely, would not stay here longer than 1 night.

We are a group of 4 adults and this suite was perfect, with two separate bedrooms and shared full kitchen and bath. It feels more like sharing an apartment than staying at a hotel. There's a barbeque grill in the courtyard, games, pool, and the beach is just around the back of the building. The rooms look a bit old and lived in, smells like old hotel rooms. We stayed on a Friday night and there was a party in the courtyard with people dancing to loud music, (the music had to be turned off at 11pm) we stayed in a building by the beach so the music didn't bother us but if we had chosen the garden view room we would have had some issues because we turned in early.

The staff was very helpful and informative. Opening the door, the room smelled musty The room needed updating. The lamp shades in the living room were all dented and missing a light bulb. One of the lamps was broken. The bath tub plastic rod was cracked and broken. .Also, the toilet had rust. It was nice to have the little kitchen, especially the refrigerator. The pool was the best.

everything wemt well, fast check-in/check-out...nice gardens....near beach and other restaurants

Except for the slight smell of smoke in the room and the location of the suite right on A!A, this hotel was great. Two bedroom suite with kitchen. Clean, friendly, nice pool. We didn't access beach from hotel. It looked like a bit of a walk but still not too bad for the location. Will definitely stay there again.
