Property needs pool maintenance and rooms refreshed
Its a convenient location but the rooms are run down, uncomfortable and noisy. Our door didnt have a seal therefore, light, noise and heat came in.
Brooke I. was very helpful. Our room had cockroaches it was filthy. There was dust bunnies that had hair.. gross gross gross I will never stay at Radisson again. Brooke was the only saving Grace and she made things right…

Too many Hidden fees ! I had to pay for parking my vehicle!! Rooms weren’t cleaned during stay, and couldn’t get more towels. The customer service was horrible. I wouldn’t stay there again!
