I liked staying there. There are plenty of restaurants and the beach. It's clean and small. The beds could be better but everything is well maintained. I would stay there again for sure.

The hotels location was not good. Does not look anything like the pictures on the website. Hotel personnel were nice but at check in some pretty inappropriate conversation came out of the workers mouth. Room was dirty but the beds were comfortable. View was of trees and the garbage port with stray cats all over the place. Dirty room and had a bad smell to it. Would not stay there again.

Near the beach. Good for a drive through. Room clean, breakfast ok.

My 10 month old had black knees and toes from crawling on the floor while her dad and I got ready. I think the carpet could stand to be shampooed, the rest of the room appeared clean. The walk to the beach was a lot longer than I expected.

Overall experience was great. Very convenient location.

Nice hotel we would stay again. We went out on the Victory Casino ship while we were there. It was nice if you are really a gambling person. We aren't so once we were done we sat on deck and watched the stars. According to the website you could go to the bar relax or dance the bar was not open. Tip: eat before you go they offer dinner but it's not the best. Cafeteria food. All in all it was a good trip.

Soap was hidden in bath mat. Breakfast eggs were still cold when put out. Best part was the $3 pitchers of beer in the bar.

Good hotel for an over nights stay prior to departing on a cruise, a bit older hotel but was fine for the night and great shuttle to airport and they will park your car there for you a swell which was a really nice perk.

We stayed here for one night before a cruise. While the hotel itself was fine overall, the room was absolutely filthy. The worst issue was the disgusting brown smears and marks on both the white bathroom and white closet doors that were impossible to miss. When I went to report to issue to staff, the woman at the desk seemed unconcerned and distracted and simply told me she couldn't switch our room because they were fully booked, even though it was only about 7 PM and not all guests had checked in. After I then asked for maid service for our room, she only stated she could give me a canister of sanitizing wipes. Since it was clear that no other help would be offered, I ended up spending the beginning of my vacation wiping down a hotel bathroom and interior doors with sanitizing wipes. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever received from a hotel and I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

the hotel staff were great and very helpful. I got into some car trouble before arriving for check in time, so I called the hotel to communicate with them that i may be running late. the hotel staff understood and made me feel better about my situation

Very clean everywhere, kind and efficient service from all. All accommodations we could wish for

This hotel so far has been one the best. The room was very clean, the pool was huge compare with others, the bar was kind of cool, have a great time plus the beach is minutes away, shopping and of course food the restaurant very close.

Great weekend hotel. Rooms are simple. One block from the beach. Free breakfast was satisfying.

The hotel location is good and easy to access everywhere. Staff are nice. It could have a little bit better breakfast for the price of the charges.

This hotel was in a great location for the activities we were doing in the area.

We love staying we have a small dog he always go w us everwhere

Nice hotel for families staying before Cruise. Rooms are clean. Breakfast is as expected but crowded.

I needed a room for just one night. I didn't need a fancy hotel and I was willing to gamble but was pleasantly surprised by the room. It appeared that they were renovating and updating. The room was freshly painted, new carpets, comfortable beds with crisp, clean white sheets and big, fluffy pillows. the kind you would find at more expensive hotels. I slept great! It was really cold so I didn't use the amenities but it has a great pool area and fun bar above the lobby that even the locals love to go.

It was within walking distance of a good restaurant.

I like the mock suited astronaut in the lobby; had to grab a picture. Nice continental breakfast. Staff was helpful. Downside: Internet speed was slow; the mobile wi-fi hotspot on my smartphone was faster. If you're going out to NASA KSC, cell phone access can be spotty. So you may need to plan ahead if you have important data comm needs.
