Hilton Melbourne Rialto Place

The staff at this Hilton is superb. Extremely professional, friendly and service-focused across the board. The room was slightly out-dated, but still very comfortable. Other highlights: The fitness facility was roomy and had some good equipment to use. The bar has a great, open atmosphere. Great breakfast buffet.

The shuttle service was excellent. The drivers were very friendly and took us wherever we needed to go and picked us up. They even gave us suggestions on where to eat and their suggestions were great. The hotel staff was very friendly. The food was very good. The free breakfast coffee and food and the two free drinks in the evening were a plus.

We had an early flight out (had to be at airport by 4:00AM) and we retired early...there had to have been a bunch of children (early teens?) that were also staying at the hotel. They were running up and down the halls, yelling, slamming their room doors, going up and down elevator, etc. it was very loud.....they finally settled down at 1:15 AM. Short night sleep as we had wake up call at 3:15 AM. We should have asked when checking in if there were any events locally and if the hotel was hosting a bunch of young kids. I do know the Delta pilots use this hotel for their overnight stay but I assure you they were on a different floor. We were in room 420 right by the elevator and the kids were not respectful of where they were staying. We wished we would have called and complained. Lesson learned......Thank you - M. Rexford

Nice hotel. They are doing painting, and some lobby construction this month (February), but an overall nice hotel.

Excellent stay. Breakfast was great too. Invited friends & family to join us.

The room was very nice. Bed was cumfy. Good shower. Staff was very accommodating. WiFi was weak and the view in my room was not attractive. Overall satisfied, and will go back.

Centrally located. Easy to go to Riverside or beachside!! Staff was great. It was a rainy two days. Was looking forward to lounge by pool and outdoor patio but didn't get a chance

Great staff, super friendly, beds were awesome!! Most comfortable pillows I've ever slept on...

Chose this hotel due to proximity to Melbourne airport. Had friends to pick up there on the way to Cocoa Beach so it was perfect for that. Hotel was clean, comfortable, and close to amenities in Melbourne Beach. Good value and run with professionalism. I recommend it.

The only thing I really was disappointed in was the breakfast buffet. It's open till 11am. I was there at 10. While they did refill stuff eventually, it was pretty picked over & sad looking for $12/person. I would have expected better from a Hilton.

Hotel met our expectations. All Employees were very helpful. Concierge was great to suggest a couple other restaurants after we had eaten in the hotel several times which was excellent.Very close to airport, but nice and quiet. Work out room was larger than many nice hotels. Had a great stay!

great bed, so comfy. would like to have had some sort of breakfast included - only coffee

For the price paid, I was disappointed. I was put in a handicap room, so no vanity in the bath. Try to juggle cosmetics, hair dryer, brush etc. everything kept falling in the sink. Their soap dish would not even stay on the sink, it was tilted. I am sorry to sound petty, but when you are trying to get ready for a function, which most people are while staying at this hotel, you only have the sink to use, the desk and walk back and forth with each item or you use the closed toilet (ugh). So when I pay almost $200 a night, I don't think asking for a shelf for toiletries is extraordinary. The room was clean, dated, but clean. The staff was friendly. The restaurant was average. It was not worth the price, there are many other choices for less money, in the area and in better condition. It is time for a make over, if they want to continue asking the price.

Nice hotel, the breakfast buffet was so so. Overall it is a very good place to stay

This was a weekend getaway. The hotel was beautiful the staff was friendly. We were not expecting the hotel to be as beautiful as it was for the price we paid. We will definitely go back and recommend to our families.

It was a very clean and nice hotel, not quite what you would expect from a Hilton. the stay was wonderful other than we had a room right by the elevator and it made ding noises every minute the whole entire day and night we were there. I would recommend staying there just make sure you're nowhere near the elevator.

Was on a business trip and found the room spotless, the bed was really top notch. Great location near the airport and roads to all parts of Melbourne. Staff exceptional. Great upscale bar. Lots of parking. I'll go back in the future.

Nice and clean, staff was nice. No complaints except the sink was clogged whenn we got here

I was in Melbourne for my son's college graduation, and the location was close to the airport, university, downtown, and not that far from the beach. Staff was very friendly and room was nice.

Very clean and modern. Staff was professional. Room was clean with nice view. Although I did not visit the bar/ lounge area it looked very nice. Loved the candles in the lobby, never see that. It added a warm touch.
