Very quiet, clean and friendly staff. Was able to accommodate me with an early check in. The check in and check out process was very easy and smooth.

The Jacuzzi was dirty, with hair, we used in one day. The next day they didn't wash, we request to change the sheets but they didn't, the furniture in the room smelly and in bad condition, the hall to the entrance of our room the carpet has a terrible smell, the cards to access the hall and room does not work properly, the parking lot of the hotel is not free, the pool is very small, and the beach is two blocks from the hotel.

Not as nice as your typical Sheraton but great for the area, and priced very well. The restaurant isn't open for breakfast, which is disappointing, but there are options less than a block away. Very close to the beach, had a great visit.

Very nice hotel, excellent staff and rooms, free breakfast would be nice

Don't go for the exterior look. Inside its worst. The rooms are ugly at best very poor look n feel for the price. Me n my family came back with back aches thanks to there cheap mattress. The stink is horrible n on top they spray extra freshener so now u have two annoying smell. While checking out the lady was very rude. Also they charge for parking so be ware. For the amount I spent on this shack I could have got 100 times better facilty. Stay away is my suggestion

The pool was closed but we went to sister property. And it was nicer.

The location was great. Traveling with kids that had plenty to do.

This is a great hotel. Nice rooms, friendly staff!

Locate next door to Ron jons surf shop Great value. No breakfast included and had to pay for parking

I come here every time I stay in cocoa beach! Jacuzzi in the room,a few steps away from the beach, perfection

Very cool non-traditional hotel. Staff was over the top friendly and nice. No problems...EZ living.

Wow What a Fantastic Hotel Staff was Great!!! got a free Upgrade, Food and waitstaff were excellent !!!! Will Definitely be staying there before our next Cruise

We really enjoyed staying at this place. We will definitely stay here again.

The hotel was good, room was clean and comfortable only bad issue was the AC was a bit nosiey for my girlfriend. The staff was more then helpful and friendly they made the place great. Short (very) walk to the beach and close to the a attractions

Friendly staff. Wonderful room. Great Amenities. What more could we ask. We checked in on St. Paddies day and the staff was very helpful in pointing us in the right direction. Just a 10 minute walk to a beautiful beach. Close to many attractions. Could not have been better. Would definitely recommend to anyone. P.S. Don't miss the shark feeding

Great place, Very good staff and beautiful room. Short walk to a beautiful wide open breach which runs for miles. I would definitely recommend. Only minor problem was somewhat slow wifi connection.

Very disappointed. They never cleaned the room.I had to call twice to get shampoo. I had to ask for extra towels several times. We had enough for two people even though they knew we had 4 people in the room.

beds are very comfortable. POOL is VERY SMALL and UNDER Parking Garage.

Service was friendly. We had to ask to have our room cleaned one day as it had not been done. It was 7:30 PM. Nice Restaurants are limited within walking distance. 1/2 mile walk to the beach is too far. The pool and area was very small. 10-12 people could fit at best.

I was very pleased with the hotel - I had been in it before on a previous trip, since the lower floor is the Cocoa Beach Surf Comany store; I had previously take surf lessons out of here. I already new the restaurant was excellent, and also attached is a Starbucks. Whn I needed a new location for my recent business trip, since southern florida was engulfed in days of rain, we moved north and I rented 2 - 2 bebrood suites. I was concerned since the price was very low - once of the areas lowest - but was greated by highly professional staff providing beach towels, free cold bottled water and store discount cards on request; there is a modern, well appointed fitness room, and extremely roomy suites. The Cocoa Beach Surf Co store has high quiality good, and the surf board rental rates and equipment quality exceeds that of the the mega-surf/retail operation accross the street. One of our rooms looked out ove the store/restaurant operation, the other the street - this resort is not beachfront, and as i knew the area i was fine with that. The beach is 2 blocks due east, and when you get there the CCB pier is about 3/10 mile to the north. I was very pleased with the quality, cleanliness and ease of being here, it is very under-rated and I told the staff i planned on writing this review! I would return here with my family as well. The pool is extremely small, looks nice, but not suitable to use as "destination feature"
