The room was not as advertised. Very small! We came a day early and had previous reservations for larger room. Refused to move us to that room. No parking due to resurfacing lot ! When calling to change reservations I called twice and was told she was too busy with a customer and would call me back in hour. She never called back ! No ocean view ! I have never ever rated a hotel in a negative way until this time. And I travel frequently!

This hotel met all my needs, I would recommend this hotel to everyone. It was close to everything. The continental breakfast was ok but there are plenty of other options within walking distance

Was very satisfied with the location, very close to the beach and pier that had great food and entertainment. Was disappointed, we had a no smoking room with signs stating that, with an ash tray right in front of the sign stating no smoking on the night stand. The room had definitely been smoked in. Otherwise nice hotel, staff and great location.

Great location, close to beach and pier. Price was reasonable but the room and breakfast were disappointing. First room had broken lamp, remote that wasn't working properly, dirty bathroom with a door that was very difficult to close and roaches. The staff allowed us to move to another room that was slightly better. Breakfast was very limited including cheese omelets that came in cellophane and were kept in a refrigerator for you to open and heat. Staff was adequate when needed.

2 minutes walk to the beach and a pier with shops and restaurants. My children loved it

It's Nothing Fancy however the staff was amazing and always fast to responde to any of our needs. The breakfast was good. Walking distance to the beach makes it an Amazing stay!!

Close to the pier, close to walking to restaurants, Publix Mall, the 520 Bridge. The best pool I had for my Circle Florida trip, finally a true HEATED pool!

We only had power in one side of the room and it really wasn't clean. I went down to the lobby and she was very good and sent us to the Best Western right next door. Apparently they weren't suppose to be renting out our room as it needed work. The Best Western was really gracious and upgraded us.

I enjoyed my stay at Days Inn, the room was neat, very cozy and well put together. The bed was really comfortable, I enjoyed a good night after a tiring day in town, only thing that I didn't like was not being able to play my Xbox One due to the Tv not being up to date. I was in Cocoa beach for the First Responders Game that was held there this year. Overall, I had a great time.

I was meet my expectations in this hotel like swimming at the beach every day, relaxing and taking fresh air

We went and stayed for one night to spend weekend at the beach. it is extremely well located. I have no complaints whatsoever. Really could not find fault. We wish it were less expensive, but hotel biz is the perfect model for market economics. they can charge what the trade can stand, so there is no sense whining about it. We had a great time. I mean nothing fancy but it is great.

Stayed for a week and the breakfast was the same every day. The light switch and outlet when you walked in wasn't working I told the front desk but it never was fixed. Couldn't use the outlet to charge anything. There was a slight odor but only was in the room to sleep. Location was decent and the staff was very friendly. Would recommend if don't plan on staying in the room except for bedtime.

The staff was fine, cocoa beach pier and beach are across the street which was nice for the afternoon. I did not check out the pool area. The room was unclean and mold smelling, stains on the bed quilt, not well kept up so everything was very old and too used looking for my taste. In my opinion, try somewhere else.

Living in Pa. it was so great to be close to the beach. Room was cleaned daily & staff was heipfull. The view from the belcony was great to see the ocean. We did go to Kennedy Space center which well worth the price. But the highlight was was going to the pier 1 night to see a rocket being put into space. We will visit again.

Nothing spectacular, but a good place to stay at Cocoa Beach. Located right near the pier, across the road from a Publix grocery store. Enjoyed the giant, comfortable bed, and wish we had time to try out the heated pool.

Friendly & helpful staff. Older facility, no elevator for 2nd floor, a/c a little loud. Our first room had not been made up from the previous guest, we were immediately switched when we complained. Lots of restaursnts & other services around the motel, near Port Canaveral, easy drive to Kennedy Space Center. Price was right for the facility

Convenient, clean, courteous staff, comfortable beds and pet friendly!

The Days Inn at Cocoa beach is a great value at a good location. We stayed in the Business Place room one night and went on a Victory Casio Cruise the following morning, which is just a short 10 minute drive from the hotel. It also had a great continental breakfast for the money. Would recommend.

I just needed a place to sleep when I wasn't at the beach. This place was perfect. It was cheap, right across the street from the Cocoa Beach Pier, and they let me keep my car parked there while I was at the beach after checking out Sunday afternoon (parking at the pier is $10/day). Although this was a non-smoking room, it reeked of smoke. I reported it to front desk upon checking in because I didn't want to be charged the cleaning fee. It didn't bother me enought to change rooms, so they sent someone to spray deodorizer within five minutes. Also, the phone was dead & a lightbulb was burnt out. Repaired within 5 minutes of call.

The hotel is about a football field away from the beach! So no moving the car! The staff was friendly and helpful! At breakfast they even a list of ingredients of the foods served which was helpful since 3 of us have food allergies !
