The hotel experience was fine until all of the bugs came out at night. Check-in was easy, staff was friendly and it was close to the beach. For a cheap hotel in Cocoa Beach, I didn't expect much more. But at around 11pm as it began to get dark, the bugs started to come out. First, it was just one roach on the wall, which we killed. Then another one running up the wall. Then it was two more scurrying across the TV and the bathroom was full of bugs of all sorts, not just roaches. Tiny crawlers and flying bugs it was not good. Since we were only staying one night in order to get on a cruise ship, we stuck it out but I didn't sleep a wink.

Stayed at the hotel for a family gathering nearby. It was a pleasant stay, but we did not take advantage of the pool, bar or other amenities. Breakfast was good every day. Maids were accommodating of our schedule and did not bother us knocking on the door. I wish I had known about the Choice Hotels promotion before I booked through a 3rd party.

I felt like the rooms looked nicer in the pictures than they really were in real life. The beds were comfortable though.

Stayed 1 night before a cruise. Good price, free parking during cruise, free shuttle to and from cruise. Strictly a price choice. Very small room although clean. Only a little bigger than cabin on the ship! Rather Noisy. Very basic. Good free breakfast. Very friendly staff. Other than small room and noisy a good place to stay. Parking at cruise terminal is $20/day.

Hotel was within walking distance of beach, many restaurants and shopping. The breakfast was good. Hotel let us store our luggage after we checked out and had to wait 6 hours prior to our pick-up later in the day.

I liked the mini-kitchen but had some missing stuff I had to note. Bathrooms need to be mildew proofed a little better. Otherwise, the rooms are beautiful, cabana-style decor with great parking. Great attractions nearby--such as Ron Jon and Cooca Beach Surf Co.--right next to hotel. Location is Excellent! Breakfast is too sugary for sure. Nice spread but could offer healthier selections.

There were no linens for the pull out sofa. When we called the front desk they sent up a bottom sheet and pillowcases, no top sheet. After waiting an hour we went and got the top sheet. The room was not cleaned on Sat. the 25th. We called the desk for towels, brought towels , no wash cloths or bath mats. The shelf under the TV in the front room had not been dusted in several days. The floor also had sand on it when we checked in. The dishes in the cabinet we assumed were clean but in fact had hair in at least one coffee cup. Overall, several improvements should be made.

Walking distance from the beach. Clean room. Big pool. Great value.

Its a walking distance to the beach. You are getting what you paying for.

It was OK. Beach access was good. Loved the rooms with the 2 bedrooms.

The room was OK, but the grounds were fairly nice, we enjoyed the pool and hot-tub, and we were a 3 minute walk from the ocean. Overall, a good experience.

Check in was rapid and friendly. The room, however, was "tired" and had smell of smoke and crawly critters, BUT for a small fee more we got a suite in an updated section of the hotel which was more than satisfactory. Good breakfast, but after 3 days of same food, we opted out. Could use some variety. Kids enjoyed the pool, arcade room, volleyball, shuffleboard etc. Mother-in-law had a private area. Best thing - the beach is a block away. Great value.

Hotel was very clean. We spent a lot of time at the jacuzzi which was nice but the bubbles were not very strong. The breakfast was hot, very nice. Only a few minute walk to the beach.

We arrived at the hotel really late do to our independent shuttle situation. The staff welcomed us and were very understanding. We went to the room and it smelled musty. I think were in the holder part of the hotel. Morning breakfast was great. Staff again was great again in every part of our stay. They helped us get a shuttle to the cruise ship. Good stay but room could of been aired out before our arrival

Was a good location, beds are comfortable and the staff was friendly.

The price was right. Comfortable bed. clean room, pleasant staff.

We stayed in this hotel for one night before our cruise. The staff was all very helpful and kind. They had a wonderful breakfast buffet in the morning and a great $6 shuttle to the port. The main problem that we had was that I first room had bugs in it. The room itself looked clean, however small bugs were climbing all over a dresser and a chair. The staff kindly moved us to a different room for the night. The next room was clean and there was plenty of room. For the price, I was expecting it to be cleaner. We stayed at another hotel for $10 more a few days later and had a much better experience there.

The motel is really old and it has bad smell. We all felt itchy after sitting on the sofa. For the price I paid, I did not receive a good value at all.

I reserved one of the suites which are in a 6 story addition at the back of the property. These unites offer an ocean view, sitting area with a queen sleeper sofa, microwave, mini-frige etc. There was also two queen beds in the bedroom. The three bed arrangement was perfect for our 3 girl getaway. The hotel offers complimentary breakfast each morning which was adequate and a money saver, It is also in walking distance of many of the Cocoa Beach attractions and of course the Ocean! The staff was extremely friendly and hospitable and altogether we had a great time.

The hotel is an old hotel that has an old hotel smell. The front desk staff on Sunday was extremely rude when I asked to get my room key reprogrammed after it failed to open the door. The breakfast buffet was average.
