Like this property. Had a problem with the tv and the staff was on top of the fix. Had to switch rooms which was done easily and efficiently

The pool was closed due to maintenance issue. Ice machine did not work, the microwave and refrigerator were in a cupboard on the floor, made it hard to see time on microwave and not senior friendly. Staff was great, breakfast was good, nice selection, beds pillows and shower were comfortable
Staff was nice. Noisy neighbors at midnight. When there are only about 5 rooms being used, spread them out a bit! No screen in my window, temp control in room was challenging. Won’t be back.
The TV remote wasn't working due to low batteries. Staff was very prompt in fixing the issue.
Friendly front desk very helpful. Nice comfortable room. Hot shower good pressure even on higher floors. Easy access to shopping and casino.
I will not give this hotel my business or money again. When we arrived we had to switch rooms twice. The first room the plumbing wasnt even working. Toilet would'nt even flush, and the shower water trickled. The second room the AC didnt work and it was 85° in the room. The 3rd room seamed ok, but when we got back from the casino, the AC was working but a a loud mechanic wringing sound everytime it kicked on. It woke us up every hour or so and wouldnt stop until i got up and smacked the top of the unit. The front desk was very polite, but would not grant a discount for our trouble, or even a redund so me and my husband could go elsewhere. The walls were also paper thin so we heard our neighbors dog barking off and on throughout the night.
The hotel was nice! The bed was comfy, and the renovations gave it a much more contemporary feel than I anticipated. The shampoo/conditoner and body wash were Paul Mitchell which is what we use at home so that was perfect actually. My only complaint (and it’s minor all things considered) is that I missed out on the breakfast. The desk agent that checked us the night prior in didn’t mention breakfast, and I didn’t think to ask. I woke up and went down to inquire and was told that it had ended at 9. I looked at my watch and it was 9:12. I get it, I was late, and normally I’d accept that, but the breakfast was sitting directly behind her! The fridge was full of yogurt and juice, and I could see muffins and a basket of fruit! I asked again and she was very firm on the timing. I bought a $3 20oz Pepsi from her and ended up driving to get breakfast because there’s nothing in walking distance. Overall though, nice hotel. It would have been perfect if the deskie could have just handed over a dang muffin.
Clean hotel i felt when i first approached the front desk i should had been greeted. It took a minute or too for staff to acknowledge me. Noterd I was the only guest at front desk.
We were here for the CMU Cheer Stunt Clinic. Overall the staff and hotel was great! The doors on the rooms could have a different closer on them, though. They slam closed when you allow them to close on their own. At 3am it can be a bit loud through the halls.

staff was friendly,we stayed two nights. housekeeping did not clean room . we had to ask for towels at the desk
The hotel was very nice and comfortable. Although we were expecting a shuttle to the concert and casino there are none except on Fri. and Sat. nights. We ended up having to drive ourselves, which was very disapointing! The hotel was further away than we realized. It all turned out but will book closer to casino if we go back. The hotel was close to alot of other things. Very quiet and nice.
