Very good staff
Understand it is under construction but the rooms felt dirty and there were a number of problems with the rooms- and I had to move rooms due to a water issue. Hoping the renovations help.
Surprised there weren’t any convenience stores within a mile - didn’t have a rental car so had to Uber to Walmart. Not nearly as updated as other hotels in the area. Breakfast was average. A/c in room didn’t seem to cool the room well.

Comfortable bed and spacious room. Breakfast is mostly carbs. It would be nice if scrambled eggs and bacon or sausage would be offered. Good price for what you get. Location is a bit difficult to access.
The place is a bit dated, and my in-laws room was not cleaned well. They had cobwebs in every corner and there was popcorn on the floor from a previous first. Saw a cockroach crawl under the juice machine at the breakfast buffet, but then again, with the heat and humidity, it wasn't surprising. Have to say that the staff was amazingly friendly, with the exception of the young man who was working when we checked out. He was on the surly side. We had a nice conversation with the young man who worked the night shift. Very friendly and helpful.
Clean hotel and rooms. Decent area. Nothing bad about it. Staff was nice.
Property and location are beautiful. Room was lovely.
Time for a makeover
The property had a single elevator in service during my stay. The elevator worked very slowly, so it compounded the problem of availability. It was often faster to use the stairs. This is a problem going up to the fifth floor.
Property is clean but old and outdated. Not bad for the price
Staff is friendly, but wouldn't simply honor an online price while I was standing in front on them with limited battery life on my phone. I had to go outside, get online to book the room and walk right back in to complete my reservation.
Dirty and needed upkeep. Staff was very nice.
