Bad experience first time in Florida on July 4th. Bad choice at this hotel. Room is smells and dirty. Not for those of y’all picky about cleanliness.
Everything was excellent with the exception of our room being a bit noisy. We were on highest flor so not sure if it was AC noise.
Great experience. Prime location, lots of restaurants and bars right next door, beach access, great staff, clean room.
While it advertises hot tub, the hot tub is not available unless you have spa services. Spa reservations were not available during our stay. Every desirable amenity was available only for a fee. Even parking was $25/day. I have enjoyed far better hotels for much less.
this is a beautiful property situated by the beach. it is surrounded by plentiful shopping and restaurants all within walking distance. the staff is so friendly and very accommodating. if you are looking to go somewhere for some down time to recharge, without having to travel too far. this is the perfect place.
The public areas of the property are beautiful, and the staff is exceptional. The rooms themselves are a bit tired, but proximity to the beach, dining, and shopping make you forget about it.

The property was clean and well kept, I read many five star reviews, it is simply not five stars. I had mildew in shower, I called the front desk for my car in valet and the agent said he is busy. Coffee and coffee maker in room no tea. These are not things from a five star hotel. I would certainly return but for the rate and resort fee I would look at other options before deciding to return.
The property is nice but I think the spa and restaurant are the selling points for the hotel. The rooms are average; Four Points has larger rooms, better accommodations and a lower price, plus a balcony. I did enjoy my stay!
