Mngr and assistance mngr was very accommodating to our issue. They was very pleasant and you can tell they wanted us to be happy and satisfied. There was no pool it was under renovation.
We needed a large room at the last minute. We were happy to find one in the location we were staying. The refrigerator was not well cleaned and the sink did not have dish soap or dishwasher detergent. The front desk staff were very friendly and professional. The pool and the patio firepit were both out of order.
Very spacious. Great for families. Comfortable sofa bed which is unusual. Close to Lake Compounce. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Enjoyable experience!!!
I hate hotels where you have 2 queen beds and a bathroom. This was the perfect hotel room. Finally you can actually feel like a human while away from home. The room had everything you needed and all the comforts of home. Kitchen, dining area, living room, incredible bathroom. This room was amazing for the cost. And It was cleaner than most other hotels I have been to, with just 2 beds.... go figure. The staff was incredibly friendly and accomodating. Definately plan on returning.
Staff great, room clean. Only complaints have to do with noise from highway and a noisy heater in the room. Facing away from the highway would have been a whole different experience.
We stayed for only one night as a stop mid way from Maine to DC. We arrived after 1 AM. Front desk was welcoming and accommodating. Suite was clean, comfortable, quiet .The breakfast in the morning was hot, well stocked (and re-stocked) and included choices such as egg whites, spinach, peppers, turkey sausage, granola, skim milk etc. Morning staff and housekeepers all pleasant . A definite repeat for us for our next trip.
