Kinda smell , need air freshener and need up dating on the heat , when turn on smell like burning from the heat and need updating on the sheets

Poor check in. Criticized for checking on line. No toilet paper, garbage not emptied, bedding looked not made cigarette holes in sheets

Booked based on a 2.3 star rating. In all honesty it's more like a 1 star hotel. The facilities are in desperate need of a complete and total renovation. Aside from the facilities, which we could care less about- we were just passing through and needed a place to sleep, my wife and I felt very uncomfortable with the clenliness of the room, sheets- no mattress cover, etc so within 10 minutes of arriving in the room we were making calls to other hotels in the area and left as soon as possible which was the first time we ever did that after 20+ years of traveling together- especially since it was completely pre-paid. If you are reading this it's TOTALLY worth the extra $40 or $60 dollars extra a night to stay in another area hotel so you don't make the same mistake we did and be in a situation where you are desperately looking for another room at 10pm at night with two kids under 7 who are tired and cranky. Orbitz, please drop this from your New Bedford hotel search results. It's truly below the threshold of what any reasonable travler would deem adequate lodging. -Just an average family guy.
