I really like the staff here. Very, very pleasant people. Had a small issue and Jazzy at the front desk was so helpful. The whole staff really goes the extra mile to help you in any way.

Impeccable cleaning. Room was fresh, clean and modern. Staff is attentive and pleasant. Great dinning options within walking distance.
Exceptional breakfast food and drink with a cook/server who is very quality oriented and concerned that every customer gets a tasty and relaxing experience. Also had a dental issue and got a lot of help from the front desk locating a very excellent dentist right before the holiday. Saved our vacation as the dentist was able to provide a fix for the entire week. Many thanks

No extra toilet paper left in room. Shower had still water in the bottom. Makes me believe they didn't clean the shower.

We spent the weekend in New Bedford attending the annual Moby-Dick Marathon, held at the nearby New Bedford Whaling Museum. Many of the other hotel guests were also attending the marathon.
