Staff was super friendly and helpful! The outdoor and indoor pool were great, as was the jacuzzi and exercise room. There was a free hot breakfast buffet with scrambled eggs, sausage, waffle machine, juices, coffee, muffins, cereal, bread, yogurt, etc. We really enjoyed our stay. They had free WiFi and parking was super easy. Pool is open until 9:30pm. Breakfast room was crowded and it was difficult to social distance. You’re not supposed to bring food out. Breakfast goes from 7-10 am. There a resort fee of $18. The room itself was adequate. There was a mini fridge that had some stains on the bottom and the bathroom smelled like mildew. It was otherwise clean. Even though the bathroom had that smell, there was no visible mildew so maybe it was from the vent or something. The beds were comfy and the ac was cold. Overall we enjoyed our stay. I would stay there again as it was affordable and had a bunch of amenities that our kids enjoyed. I would just suggest letting people bring food to the courtyard to better social distance.

Booked a night here based on the reviews when I decided to stay an extra night in the Cape.The room was small and cleanliness was questionable. The hotel didn't seem to have any Covid restrictions in place. My kids were not able to enjoy the pool due to the crowd and when I asked for an additional hour for checkout I was informed the hotel was fully booked.

Very nice, liked the patio. The soda machine didn't work though.

The raging parties going on next door were not handled well. Had to call multiple times to front desk begging them to control it. Over priced room for what you get. I’ve been going here for years but after this trip I will not be back with my family.

The ice cream place beside it, Cape Cod Creamery is delicious!

Carpets were dirty. 2nd floor room with no elevator to take luggage in.

Nice location. Decent place. The staff tried, but there just wasn't enough to keep up (e.g., poor breakfast service). Very musty smell - no doubt due to the flooding from the recent tornadoes. Not what it used to be.

Staff was very nice. The property is really a "motel" with malodorous rooms, few amenities, dirty walls in the room, small bathroom, old beds and furniture. The common areas have a late 1970s shabbiness about them, the exercise room has very old equipment, some of which doesn't work at all, there is aluminum siding hanging off one exterior wall, the air-conditioning unit in our room was loud, the complementary breakfast is decidedly low end and served in a cramped, unattractive, windowless room.

Mold and lots of dirt in air conditioner filter. Front desk staff said "we have 110 rooms." Everything else was great.

Check in was easy Staff was friendly Room was clean Beds were a little hard, but OK, & pillows were nice Outdoor pool area was nice

Good Day Erica, We are happy that you were pleased with the Resort and decided to willingly book an additional night. As for your concerns over the hotels COVID-19 restriction, as you may have noticed outside in the pool area, we have placed all seating with the adequate social distancing rules in addition to the marked red X on the floor. As for the interior of the resort, all hallways, entryway, and common areas have COVID-19 rules which include facial covering, social distancing and proper hygiene. We do apologize for not being able to do a late check-out as a courtesy but due to COVID-19, rooms must be vacated for a period of time in order to ensure the overall safety of our staff and guest. We hope you understand and give us another visit.
