Elevator only works going up but not going down

The room had bugs in it and flies as well. I checked out after only being there for 5 minutes. The hotel looks nothing like the pictures so. Orbitz needs to get out to all the hotels they have on their website. I knew I was in trouble once we was in the parking lot and once, I walked into the hotel. The air conditioner in the room was all beat up.

Filthy. Should be condemned. Take them off of Orbitz.

Not what I expected

This is possibly the worse hotel I have ever stayed. The first room we were given looked to have been partially repaired. Patch work on the walls were not complete and falling down. The couch looked to have been walked all over. The light over the vanity didn't work. The sheets had burn holes in them. When I tried to call the front desk, I found our phone didn't work. Went and spoke with the front desk and was offered a new room on the first floor. The attendant went to inspect the room, came back and gave us another room on the second floor. I can't imagine what that room on the first floor looked like. Next room was only slightly better. If it wasn't late and we weren't tired I would have left. The elevator was left a mess, so I opted to use the stairs. The stair case smelled of weed, and found the exit door propped open with a rock. So I removed the rock, then found that exit door couldn't be opened from the inside! The same door that would be used in an emergency could not be opened from the inside!

Everything is always excellent at this location. Great getaway for people that wanna special night away from home or people coming from out of town.

Mold in the bathroom walls are dirty smell of mariguana in the lobby overall dissatisfied

Very unsafe. Young men were banging on my door at all hours of the night. Covering peeps holes. The room was nasty no towels. Bed sheets were not clean

Bed bug in my bed . Horrible place to stay . Stay away
