We enjoyed our stay here. My kids enjoyed the fresh cookies when we would walk to our rooms, the drive into the city was not bad and super convenient. Definitely staying again here.

Hotel is run down, North building looks forgotten, room felt like a motel 6 from 1985. Went to move something off the desk and a ROACH went running! 2024 and a hotel has roaches! What happened to expectations of cleanliness?!

The front desk staff was very helpful and pleasant. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast and was wonderful and the hotel staff was very nice and helpful.

Auto-closing bathroom door inconvenient, especially after dark.

The only toilet in our suite was broken. They were supposed to move us to another suite the next day. When we went in, the room had not been cleaned so we had to go back to the suite with the broken toilet for a second night. The next morning they couldn’t confirm that the new suite had been cleaned, so they had us keep our belongings in our original suite until the new suite would be ready. When we returned, our belongings had been taken out of our suite and kept in the back office without anyone even notifying us. The key machine wasn’t working so we couldn’t even get into our new room without the staff using their key. In the meantime the airport shuttle was almost an hour late, so my husband took the family that was waiting to the airport so they wouldn’t miss their flight. The only positives were the breakfast and the manager who helped us get a refund.

The hotel was great. Everyone was friendly. The breakfast was delicious

The property was clean and well kept, and the beds were really comfortable, rooms had lots of places and ports to charge phones and laptops. Like that the TV had Netflix built in for my 4 year old. Bathroom was super spacious and modern. I would have loved to extend 2 more nights but given that my mother who lives on the peninsula offered to pay for my extended stay, when i asked about it i was met with an extremely rude response. So rude that i decided to check out and spend my money elsewhere. I was taken aback by how rude this person’s demeanor was. There were 2 other women who were super sweet and made us feel welcome. But this one, needs to find another profession because hospitality is not her strong suit. Coffee was good and i would hope to stay again since we are frequently here for family

Property was clean. Location from airport was great. The ability to park for extended time was a huge bonus. Great option. Definitely going to use this location again.
