Overall, property was fine, especially for the price. It is in a mixed industrial / residential area, just off the freeway and near the airport, so it’s a few blocks to restaurants or services, but there are good food options if you don’t mind walking a few blocks. Would consider again considering the price advantage over nearby properties.

Dingy carpet, smelly room, failing hardware. The only reason I stayed is because I'm traveling as a bachelor and I was too tired to complain or switch to another place.
A fellow Hotel Occupant got their car window smashed and had stolen clothes item from them.
Its quiet, clean and nice location with free parking and breakfast. It feels safe.
There were plenty of things to like about my stay here; big room, nice bed, free parking, easy parking, it is close to restaurants and it is a very clean property. Staff was kind at the front dest and check-in/check-out was very easy. Things that could be improved would be; it is a very simple hotel without lots of amenities, breakfast had limited options, there were shutters on the windows (the room seemed very bright at night because there were not blackout curtains) and the TV was quite small. However, I would stay here again next time I was in San Francisco!
Rude manager they said we flooded the carpet. They lied they just wanted to charge us extra $150 on our credit card.. looking to dispute the amount. Never called back to explain why they’d charge us. I think it’s a scam stay away from this location!
Basic small hotel but room was large and furnishings were good. Nice overnight staff very friendly and helpful. .

This is a very clean, quiet and quaint facility with ample free parking!!!! The only downside was that the bed was very hard and I woke up with a very sore back and neck.
Customer service was great, just very dusty in the room. We slept with heater on and when we worked up all of our clothes and the cabinets, tv, microwave, etc. Had a layer of dust. Filters must need to be replaced.
