Under Reno so had to use sister properties pool, which was nice but inconvenient. Super nice staff and spacious rooms

Everything waw fine . No complaints. Would stay here again in the future. Staff members were very nice and helpful
Room was nice and clean. Reduced hours for the restaurant but at least there was a brewery withing walking distance.
I was a pretty hotel with nice staff. They had only a limited breakfast (ended very early) and nothing that was easy to walk to.
Sheets were not clean, very surprising. Room was fine. Hot tub was warm not hot and the jets were not working well at all.
I was very disappointed that the pool and hot tub were murky on our last day. Unusable. The children were unhappy.
Stay was great. Location is very convenient. Hotel was very clean and the room was a great size. The lobby area is amazing with plenty of space to sit in the morning.
For the price we paid it would have been nice to have breakfast included

I stayed for 2 nights during my visit to Portland for a trade show. I carefully conducted a thorough search of all of the hotels in the area online... based on the great price and the lovely photos I thought this hotel would be ideal. The room I got was nothing like is shown online... it was as ordinary as other hotels at a lower price point... plus I got assigned a handicap equipped room which resulted in a very tiny bathroom sink area with minimal room for my toiletries, etc... and there was a walk in shower stall - with a too short shower curtain so when the shower was used the water ran across the entire bathroom to the drain that was way over by the toilet. There were several pillows on the bed - but I had to stack them to get any level of fluffiness/comfort. The first night was the noisiest night I have ever spent in a hotel - children were unattended and ran up and down the corridors at 1 to 2 am, the room had a door to an adjoining guest room and the lack of soundproofing meant I heard every loud noise the couple in the next room were making at 2:30 in the morning. I inquired the next morning if the occupants of that room were checking out - and if they were not if I could change rooms. I also stated that there were children running up and down the halls in the early morning hours. I was flatly told I should have called down to the front desk when it happened. No apology for the rude guests. Bistro was closed the one evening I intended to order from it...
Nice place to stay but on this trip the room was too warm. We even set the thermostat the lowest it would go - 65. As we were making a drink a large bug came crawling across the counter. We put it in a cup so the staff could see it. It was a little creepy. Kept looking for another one. The staff said they were sorry and gave us free coffee. Would have liked some vouchers for breakfast. Oh well.
Great place to stay overnight before trip, easy check in and out, provide transport to airport
Everything was perfect. Staff friendly, Room comfortable and clean. Location was wonderful: close to the Mall and 5 minutes from airport. The only defect is the ice machine whose noise woke me up every half an hour during the night. A simple door to close the ice machine spot would solve the problem and make the stay great.
