Motel was as advertised.
The desk clerk bordered on rude & the property, once nice, is showing it's age. The property looks and feels tired. The breakfast, however, was wonderful!
Very noisy Not eco friendly, eg individually wrapped slices of bread is not necessary or beneficial
The staff was very helpful and friendly, and the room was great. Breakfast was included and was good. The carpet in the breakfast dining area needs a cleaning.
Not what we expected. Group of people hanging in the lobby and all you could smell was weed. Pool closed was, and hotel looked very dirty.
Very attentive staff. Everything was ready when I arrived, including a cookie. Room neat and clean. Good parking. Helpful staff with suggestions for dinner.
We had a very enjoyable stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and the pool and hot tub are nice. We were told they will soon start remodeling the hotel from the top down. It will make a great place to stay even better.
We only stayed one night and it was worth it! Nothing bad to say about my stay.
We checked in no trouble-went to dinner, where the power went out-our hotel was next door, so their power was out too. Drove into town and found a Bob Evans with power and open. returned to hotel -the power was still out- no elevator, walked up 2 flights of stairs, we had a light beam gadget on our key ring that lit the way-the room was still comfortable then. Took baths-still had hot water(gas water heater)-had to flash light beam to see what we were doing. About 2:00am had to open the window,it was too stuffy. They had went and bought coffee and had it in the thermal containers &muffins, all other options voided due too no power.
What I have always enjoyed about this Fairfield Inn is the warm hospitality. Every employee greets you with a smile and is always willing to help. The pool water was crystal clear. The negative on this trip was the room had a strange smell. Since there was no vacancy, I was unable to switch to another room. For this reason, I gave a low rating.
I have stayed at this hotel four times in the last several months. The staff and the continental breakfast are above average for this level of accommodation. Rooms are always clean. Heat/air are a bit noisy but tolerable. The staff have been unfailingly helpful and polite. The continental breakfast is always well stocked including a good range of hot (microwave) items and also healthy foods, including fruits, yogurt, etc. My overall experience has been satisfying.
Everyone was friendly and helpful. Nice pool and hot tub. Great waffle breakfast! Will return when I am in town.
Walked in and the room smelled of mold/mildew. The room was stagnant and there was no air circulation. Room was descent and what you would typically expect. The breakfast was the best part of m stay. Housekeeping was very anxious to get going as they knocked on the door 3 times prior to 10:00am and check out was at noon.
Excellent hospitality, room service was good, my children enjoyed the pool, I enjoyed everything especially that cozy bed, pillows, to die for. I will be back again.
