Would def stay again

We were traveling with a boat and had no issues parking and disconnecting the boat. The management was very polite, and when we had a maintenance issue they promplty got it resolved.

We have felt very comfortable so far. They didnt charge us a arm or a leg for our puppy either. The host was very kind and helpful. Just a great place to stay. We will be back for sure.

Terrible hotel

Pros: Bed was comfortable. Employees were friendly. Cons: In our first room the carpet was soaking wet and it smelled so bad we couldn’t stand it. Moved to another room. Carpet and furniture stained. Sheets ripped. Bathroom mirror, vanity, TV had splatters all over. Shower grout moldy. Room was down a dark hallway with no outside lighting/window. Lots of noise and yelling in parking lot. Car alarms going off at 4am. Road noise is loud. “Pet friendly” has a strip of dead grass full of garbage and poop that sits right on 101. Not worth the money, just felt gross and unsafe.

No air conditioning or working fan, no fan or window in bathroom to air out room, moldy bathroom, fridge was barely working and loud, room was dirty-especially the floors, strange musty /air freshener combo smell when we opened the door that did not go away. The building looked beat-up and the lock looked like it had been tampered with. There were sketchy people walking around the property-possibly homeless or workers?? Last but not least, they did not stock toilet paper in the room. There was only a tiny bit on the roll when we arrived and nothing there as back up. We were only staying one night - I don't care that the initial roll wasn't full, but you have to leave another roll in that case. We shouldn't have to ask for toilet paper 10 min after we arrive!

Old property. Heater didn't work

DO NOT STAY HERE! DIRTY AND IS A HOTEL WERE ALL THE HOMELESS STAY IN AND AROUND THE HOTEL. ITS INBETWEEN 2 BUSY STREETS AND YOU HAVE TO WALK YOU DOG TO THE STREET TO GO POTTY! THEY ALSO CHARGE $15 PER PET ON TOP OF THE HIGHLY OUTRAGEOUS ROOM RATE FOR THIS PLACE... SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND MONEY GO TO MOTEL 6, MUCH NICER AND PETS STAY FREE!!!

Staff was very friendly. Very loud traffic noise and neighboring rooms.

Rooms was nice but small. Due to Covid there are no extras. Just a room.

The fan was on when we entered the room and my husband, who has sensitive sinuses, started to have a hard time breathing. I turned off the fan and discovered that each blade was caked in dust and I had to clean it off myself. There are also no windows towards the water, despite it being right next to the water. The room is a box and the bed is stiff.

The location was fine. The beds and pillows were terrible. They were not comfortable at all. The breakfast area was overly crowded, very dissappointing. The worst part was the front desk service. She wasn't friendly at all. She had a very curt and bossy attitude. I don't even think she looked at us once.☹️

This property is filthy. We reserved 4 rooms and 1 had no air conditioning and the drapes were falling off so they could not be closed. Other rooms needed carpets cleaned desperately. Shower plumbing is reversed and to say water was warm would be a lie. The hotel sits between intersections of 101 and is very loud. Would not recommend.

The room was filthy. Don’t be fooled by the photos posted online. I am not sure if they are even from the same hotel. We checked in and spent less than ten minutes in the room before leaving and staying at a different hotel.

I wish the 2 bedroom rooms had atleast a door on one of the rooms to provide privacy. The staff was helpful with getting us extra blankets. Also wish the breakfast had more items like the picture they have (eggs, and sausages/bacon).

Room wasn’t very clean. It was Dusty, the microwave was so disgusting. Sheets seemed dirty. Stains on comforters.

Check in staff were very pleasant. The room was old but clean however the toilet would not flush and the hair dryer did not work.
