No coffee in the room. Dirty clothes in the dresser. Window in bathroom broke would not lock.

Great staff, nice indoor pool, happy we could bring our dog.

Good value but had no view. Not close to ocean. Blah blah blah.

Breakfast was only from 8-10am. Had to wait to get on the road. Then, there were only 8 seats. People had to stand to eat. Others left.

Good value for money and located along highway. Better than Motel 6, Super 8 and the likes.

The room was clean ...,The wi fi did not work. The spa was not working . The furniture could stand to be replaced big entertainment center with tv above it on wall, big open space useless ...

well... the room inside was pretty basic: king size bed, mini fridge, tiny bathroom, tube tv, wifi). It was good for the price that we paid. The door on the outside made it seem shady considering the paint was badly chipped and it looked like it has been through more than enough beatings. The staff were polite.... not super friendly but not rude either. the hotel....excuse me.....resort, was good for a day but if i stayed longer, i might have upgraded hotels.

Had to wait for a room although the hotel was empty. Breakfast ran out of food..poor pickings at best. Staff repeatedly apologized but seemed to lack any authority to resolve issues.

I've stayed at many Hotel's and Motel's over the years and none of those places never took as good of care as this place did. If I had a problem with something they where on it in no time, if I needed something I had it in no time. The staff here treat you like family and are easily available if you need them. This place is located in the middle of town and within a couple minutes walking distance from a lot of the store's and restaurant's. If you want to go to the beach it's just a couple minutes drive from there. If you want to go fishing in the Harbor or rivers, they are just a couple minutes drive from this place as well.

Just a typical 2 star room.....although the staff are very friendly

We were not too impressed with this hotel. they had no air conditioning but were told they had fans. They did, but it was a mini fan that attached to something. Glad we only had to stay one night. Probably would not recommend this as a stop, but the free breakfast was good at the restaurant next door.

The main reason for choosing this hotel was the indoor pool. It was a great choice because the weather did not cooperate. The price included breakfast at the restaurant next door, so it was a good value. Everything clean and well maintained.

Would stay here again....Nice hotel compared to others in the area.

The pool and hot tube was nices. The rooms where nices.

Good atmosphere at check in, friendly front desk person. I liked our room - on a corner so had extra windows. I loved that they use two top sheets - one on the bottom and the other on the top of the middle cover and the sheets smelled fresh. Not too happy that we were a bit late for breakfast the the adjoining restaurant so the waitress refused to honor our coupons (total bummer especially since the restaurant was practically dead and it would not have hurt her). Nice indoors pool - a kid's pool would be so so nice.

We were in Brookings for a job interview. The main considerations for our lodging were: cost, cleanliness and safety. The Brookings Inn Resort met all of our minimum requirements and delivered on our secondary considerations of location, breakfast and internet service. The room was clean with a bit of a view. We had internet in our room and expanded cable. Service from the staff was exceptional. We even got to eat a hot breakfast at the restaurant on the same lot. We would definitely stay there again.

Took this room based on reviews. Strong odor in the room, otherwise the room was clean and comfortable.

room nice and clean. pool clean and warm. no chlorine smell and clear water. plenty of hot water for shower...a must! ovarall I would stay there and will stay there again.

The hotel was clean and convenient location. Breakfast was good, too. I visited harbor and beach to enjoy the pacific ocean view. I liked flowers in the farmer's market.

The rooms were large and well maintained but there was a strong Florine smell in the room. The pool area was nice. Unfortunately, the streets roll up at 9pm.
