BEWARE, the staircase had human feces in the stairwell and urine throughout. The Elevator Smelled like rotten fish mixed with Vomit. The staff DOES NOT EVER answer the phone. Try the number for yourself you'll see. I'm a Miami local and never write reviews but I needed to share this, and I sent a photo of the staircase defecation to the hotel requesting refund. Still no contact to me made by hotel. I will never stay here again and will go get checked for exposure to biohazard.
went to go leave my room late and found a guy laying in the hallway in front of the elevator. Needless to say how shocked i was when i opened the door.
Price of the food was too much
The hotel is in a convenient area, so I could walk to eat at many restaurants and to eat. But they don't provide breakfast, or a microwave which is a same for the price I paid for the room.

First, the pictures and descriptions on the web sites were deceiving. We were shocked by the condition of the room, hallway, stairs and elevator. The "upgraded/remodel" was done terribly. The room floors were not wood and installed over old flooring so the door was hard to open and scratches up the "vinyl" flooring which was peeling up in spots. The floor was sticky and after walking across it, with bare feet, the bottoms of my feet were black. I used a towel to scoot around the room. The bathroom tiling was sloppy and the finish work was horrible as was the paint job ( no sanding just paint right over the existing worn out trim and walls). There was hair in the shower so we didn't use it and no towel bars. No mini frig, microwave or coffee maker just a very small frig set on the ground filled with items you could purchase. The closet was a joke and there was no safe to use. The hall carpet was stained and anything metal was painted over in gold (right over the rust, lumps and scratches). The elevator was old and run down but worked. The only positives were the bed and pillows, the bamboo pool, it was only one block from the beach and the two restaurants on site (had good food). The staff was great but the owner needs to stay here and experience the terrible workmanship of their updated work. Would not stay here again.

Hello Bozidar. Minibar charges are tallied by the attendant for items consumed throughout the stay up to and including the morning of check out. Some guests overlook the menu and believe the minibar items are complimentary. Other guests share a room and are unaware that items were consumed by their roommate. We appreciate your feedback.
