The front desk staff was helpful and the common areas were good. As soon as we got to our floor, things changed. Someone had cooked something thst smelled really strong that we could smell in our room. Our neighbors were loudly talking and laughing, a f in and out of rooms often which shook our door and sounded like someone was trying to come into our room.
Most staff was prompt when needing assistance. Keycards do not work at all entrance with cold weather result in inconvenience with entering/exiting premises.
Very nice room. Loved the extra space and having the kitchen. Loved the king size bed but not the best mattress. Wish there had been a few more cooking pans and cleaning supplies for dishes. Overall really great stay!
Wonderful staff and excellent room. I really have no complaints except I am a person who needs a soft bed. The bed was not soft so I woke up with a back ache.
Had a nice light dinner buffet along with breakfast buffet. Unexpected and nice!
The front desk staff was amazing. But after getting one day of trash emptying and towel service, it seems our housekeeping staff forgot about us. After we called twice, we were told we needed to put trash and towels outside the door daily, even though the sign in the room said otherwise. If this is a post-COVID policy, it should be made known at check in. Otherwise the staff at the front desk was amazing and we were able to get a shuttle pretty much any time we needed one. Free laundry was also clutch being that I was competing at the CrossFit games and it was about 90 every day
Was expecting more. Did social distancing well and required facemarks by signage. But compared to other hotels of equal quality and rating - not great given current circumstances. No reassurance that the rooms had been treated any different than normal. Dearth of cleaning supplies in room or in public spaces. In addition the room had a significant wet space around a locked closet that sounded like an air condition unit. Sounded as if water was spilling out through out the night unless we turned air conditioning off. Generally not given a sense of confidence about being in this hotel.
Ok I understand no phone but also the remote control don’t work I have another one don’t work also and the client suppose to do the reset . Why they don’t do from the morning a reset for all the room. The fridge in the Room very bad and noisy impossible to sleep all night they should change the fridge or fixe it. I told the morning staff but they where not much concern in this matter.
Convenient location and very clean. Perfect for families and groups with nice pool and outside eating area.
Clean, comfortable room. Very quiet. If you do not need a TV, great place to stay. The TV in the living room and the bedroom would not work. We could not get 'the signal' and when we called the front desk, they did not know how to help us either. I stream all sorts of devices, so normally this is a pretty straight-forward task. Could not make it work on either TV. Kinda a bummer. Otherwise our stay was lovely.

Very nice hotel. Bed was a bit harder than I prefer and breakfast selection was kind of odd. Would have preferred a more typical breakfast, so we went out. Other than that, I would say it was excellent!
Hotel was clean. Convenient right off the highway. Pet friendly was a bonus.

Checked in and got a good nights sleep. Breakfast was everything I could ask for.
Price not as low as warranted. Dim light in bathroom and no lights at mirror. Breakfast OK at best. No regular coffee at one of the two sites. Bottleneck for the food. Not enough indoor seating in breakfast area. Note: I checked short drive only because it was the farthest choice offered. It was a rather long drive to the U of W.
We stayed for IMoo and it was very convenient to downtown for 1/2 the price of the downtown hotels. Great breakfast and they even had some things set out early on race day. Very comfortable beds and it was nice to have the full kitchen.
We arrived at the hotel shortly after check-in time and got an upgraded room without even asking!! The room was an amazing 3 room suite that was the most incredible room we had ever stayed in! The beds were comfortable, there were 3 TV's in the suite, and the free breakfast was huge and delicious! We could not have asked for anything more!!
We stayed at this hotel while watching the University of North Dakota Fighting Sioux hockey team beat Wisconsin. The hotel was nice, comfortable and clean. I would make another reservation at this hotel without any second thoughts.
