We were only there one nite, passing through on a road trip, but we immediately noticed that the condition of the property itself was pretty bad... just needed some refreshing. Because we arrived close to 1130p in mid-Sept, it was cold outside. We discovered that the heater in our room didn't work. We also realized the next day that the bathroom faucet leaked all over the counter every time it was turned on and the toilet leaked every time it was flushed. The window in the room didn't lock, and there was no deadbolt/interior lock on the door.
Looked shabby and told me on arrival that there are no rooms with airconditioning available. But it's possible to cancel the booking with no refund.
Biggest issue was the lack of an ac unit. Only 2 rooms had a built in AC (from what the desk clerk mentioned). We originally had a king size bed room but since the room did not have windows for ventilation, it would’ve been a sauna. We were moved to a 2 - double bed room. The rooms cleanliness wasn’t the best. I found a hair on the sink and on one of the bath towels. There were also stains on the comforter on one of the beds. Personally, I would never stay here again. The only real bright side was the pet friendly environment. Still, it would be best to pay a little more for a better looking room.
The room was not clean even though the front desk insisted that it was. Also, they only clean the rooms on the third day. The smell of Lysol or some weird spray was overwhelming and gave me a headache. Outside smelled like weed all the time and the inside smelled like either chemicals or rotting wood. It’s cheap but definitely a waste of money.
Easy peasy
The room was clean, but the place is showing its age. Inside and outside the room the place looks worn out. The carpet outside worn out and dirty. The shower nob to control the water temperature was defective, and you could only get scolding hot water.
The room was not as described. The staff at the property told me to call Orbitz and find other accommodations. She was not professional and lacked Social EQ.
The outside property was very pretty and there was a good food variety for breakfast.
The rooms where nice and the bed was really nice. The breakfast was better then the GSR in Reno at $27.00 per.
The friendly and kind staff is available to help 24 hours in case something comes up.
Staff very good, breakfast good, room need some updates.
Great new updated room and friendly staff. Excellent breakfast
We enjoyed our time and it was a nice room and will come again
Great location and value for money. Only complaint- close to road and heavy traffic.
Andrew checked us in to our room and he was very nice and pleasant. Very easy checking in and out. The rooms are pretty big and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Perfect location.
Everything went well with this hotel, the check in was quick, the room was clean, plenty of towels, and the staff was friendly.
