We are just not happy, spent so much money, waited 40 minutes to deliver our luggage then I have to go and haul to my room, I met all stone faced staff. It was simply not worth the money we paid.
This property was such a pleasant surprise. The kitchen with dishwasher, the washer dryer, and the siding room table were perfect for a ski week!

they said there is a kitchen, but there was no stove -- just a microwave oven. also property looks fairly ordinary given the price per night. bathrooms look older for example.

Steps to the gondola. Location, location, location. Cleanliness and amenities were a huge plus
Overall had a dismal experience. Required valet parking takes 45 min to get car. Guest services hailed as “as your fingertips” - txted the number at 8:30pm asking for a bandaid, they responded 3 hours later waking me up saying “We apologize for the late response, at the moment we do not deliver band aids to the room we do however have them here at the desk.” Wait for elevator exceeded 15 minutes at one time because of only one group allowed at a time. TV channels didn’t work and I’m pretty tech savvy. Missing coffee pot in room, had to McGuyver a solution to drip into a cup. Hot tub reservations needed to be made 24 hours in advance - even when there were open spots. The lady asked me to line up to wait for the hot tub so I did so in my wet bathing suit and towel in 35 degrees weather, only to realize I’m lining up to make a reservation for the tub 24 hours from then, after I stood there freezing for five min. Her communication was not very clear.
Amazing experience we had!! Definitely worth a try since the location is great too and everything is so closeby!
