The room wasn’t cleaned well
positive: Enjoyed our 2 night stay! It was in a great location, close to everything! Spacious unit for our family of 4. Would recommend and willing to return. -negative: Check-in at 4pm was a little chaotic, everyone’s check-in appeared to be delayed by 15-20 mins as it is a very popular location and rooms were not ready by 4. The room may have been mopped and there was an odd odor in the air when we entered the suite that smelled like wet dirty water? Unit could use some TLC in the kitchen and bathroom areas but everything worked and we had all the items needed for our short stay. Can’t beat the location!
Parking limited and not appropriate for people booking larger rooms. Also extra changes were placed for a pet when I do not even own a pet. Property says it was Orbitz fault.
The property was centrally located. The free breakfast and parking were also great! We would highly recommend this place! Thank you for a wonderful time.
Yes, the property and the room are a little outdated but what a perfect location!! Close to Van Sickle Trail, Heavenly Village, Gondola Ride, Shops and Market and the casinos!! All in walking distance!! The staffs were super nice and kind, breakfast was good too! You get what you pay, but other than the kitchen/restrooms needing some remodeling, everything was perfect!!! I can’t ask for more. Thank you!

The staff is amazing, fast, friendly and helpful. We loved the location and ease of walking to restaurants and shops. The place could use some updating, and the beds were meh... other than that our stay was great!
The staff was friendly and prompt with requests. The resort is in a nice and convenient area with stores and casinos within walking distance. The room floor was dirty when i checked in. The drain switch in the shower would not stay down, so i had to tie a shoelace to it to keep it down in order for it to drain. The ceilings above the shower leaked from the room above. The complimentary breakfast was minimal and bland.
The room was extremely clean. The furnishings are a little bit dated but with everything going on i will forego modern for cleanliness. It was evident sanitation was a priority and based on the central location and cleanliness we will be back.
