Nice property. Enjoyed the fitness center and the pool. Breakfast in the morning was good. Price was very reasonable. Only thing I didn’t like was the deck around the pool was rough so hurt my feet

The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly. The rooms were spacious and the decor was modern and chic. You can tell that the owner Rocky has his hand in the business. Offering good quality at very reasonable prices for the working man, not a greedy owner trying to save on amenities and service trying to make as much as possible. Super clean! This is our second stay at this property. They are very customer focused and also pet friendly. We've consistently enjoyed staying here when we visit Newport and surrounding areas. It is located in a convenient location, it's next to a large park like / walking area which is great for dogs, and the rooms are clean and updated. The only issue we had was one of the beds had a smaller quilt but not blanker. Housekeeping staff took care of that for us immediately.
Instructions for wifi very problematic with instructions not fitting wifi interface itself

Pleasantly surprised at the upgraded look and feel. Nice quiet location. Friendly staff. OK continental breakfast. The only minor annoyance was the extra $1.07 fee for a room safe which was not on the agreed Orbitz rate.
Breakfast was all carbs/ not diabetic friendly. A high protein low sugar Greek yogurt would be an easy fix The room was great. Close to supermarket. Great value compared to all other places we looked at

Loved that it was convenient and had pet friendly rooms. The room and hallways had dehumidifiers, suggesting a bit of a humidity problem. the Dehumidifier did start leaking a bit overnight as well. Still, great service staff, loved the continental breakfast, and was very satisfied with the cleanliness and overall experience there.
Very sufficient, clean property. Rooms are basic, but clean. Staff is very professional and friendly. Have larger fridge in room than other motels. Offer basic but filling free continental breakfast. Too expensive on summer weekends, however ($400 for one night!); drops a lot during week ($200/nightly). There are nicer motels or hotels for $400/nightly, even in summer.
