Great pillows nice bathroom floor. Stayed here after a day on the beach. Pool and hot tub look like they need updating. Breakfast was good.

Pool and sauna did not look clean but hotel in middle of removing. Breakfast was very nice. Staff was friendly.

We chose this hotel because the others in the areas are so outrageously priced in this area during the summer. The room was definitely adequate-clean and comfortable. The lobby is pretty shabby and the elevator makes sounds that are downright scary. Never got to the breakfast as it was a total crowded mob scene. However, it overall met our needs for the night.

Not bad for the price. Pros: helpful and friendly staff, clean rooms, location (about a mile from the downtown are). The breakfast bar was good- pancake and waffle maker, biscuits and gravy were excellent. No cooked eggs but they did have hard-boiled. Also had donuts, fruit and yogurt, coffee and juice and plenty of seating. A Big Boy was next door if you didn't want the free breakfast the hotel provided. It was well-stocked and kept clean. Cons: large hot-tub but small pool. An even smaller workout room. Overall, it was a nice stay and we would go back

The stay was very comfortable and I would return again

It was comfortable; probably too close to a highway. Breakfast was low to average grade.

The hotel was decent enough for the money, room was clean and the front area was put together well. The pool was scummy along the walls and had hair floating around. The hot tub was a cesspool of brown bubbles. Would not recommend using. The staff is what ruined our stay. We did not run into one friendly face our whole 3 days there. It got to the point where I was anxious about running into a staff member. Good luck if you need anything because you will be met with open hostility. The staff was so incredibly rude and unfriendly. Had we been able to we would have left immediately after checking in. Unfortunately we would have still had to pay for our room. Biggest mistake I made booking this room for part of our honeymoon. It really put a damper on it. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and would tell anyone to steer clear unless they enjoy being treated terribly. We are incredibly laid back, non picky people and this was just an absolute HORRIBLE experience. I am looking for their cooperate contact information to file a formal complaint.

The location and staff were excellent but it sounded like a stampede was traveling over our heads half the night. Ridiculously loud! The staff was very pleasant and the room was clean. I did book a 2 bed room and instead got a one bed handicapped room. When I asked why they said "that's just what typically happens when you book online". I would stay there again but not on the first floor.

We were in South Haven during the weekend. We were staying at Baymont Inn & Suites. I gave only 2 stars, because for that price you can find a luxury hotel, but Baymont Inn is just some regular hotel, nothing special. The room was clean, I saw mold in the shower, also the bad was uncomfortable.

Good hotel for the weekend. We just needed a one night stay, and this hotel was very accommodating.

Very good hotel. I will stay there again if passing through. Friendly staff, exercise room and pool. They even put out Chicken Noodle soup at night for us. Very tasty!

Staff was pleasant and room ok. There were cheerios spilled in the stairwell , we stayed there four days as did the cheerios. I mentioned it to the desk clerk, they said it was on their to do list. Really, wonder how often the place gets cleaned if that was on their list for more than four days!

Was not worth the amount we paid or even $50 a night. Breakfast was a joke, shower curtain rod was broken, internet never worked the two days we were there even though we told the front desk, and housekeeping did not take care of trash and put new towels on the bed instead of in the bathroom. The parking already was insufficient but they had the stupidity to have the parking lot worked on on a busy weekend and not during the weekday. I am very upset about paying $175 a night for this hotel. Hotel name was listed wrong so we had a hard time finding this place.

This hotel is right next to Walmart and Big Boys and a gas station. It is also across the street from Wendy's but other than that you have to drive to get anywhere else. The hotel itself had a pool and hot tub that has seen better days. The price was way too high for the room. The room was nice and clean but nothing special. Our view from the room was the Walmart parking lot. If prices were lower I would stay here all the time.

Nice location between Gingerman Raceway and downtown South Haven. The room was clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast did not have a lot of selection, but is typical for this type of hotel. The price was on the high side due to the summer tourist season.

Staff was friendly. Rooms were clean. Beds were comfy. Tons of variety for breakfast. What more could you want?

Hotel itself was decent...clean. Complimentary breakfast was great and staff was friendly. You can hear anything and everything in the hallway!

Housekeeping was in hallway as we were leaving for the beach. Asked if we needed anything. I said we needed clean towels and not to worry about making the beds. When we returned, there were clean towels but our trash was overflowing! I assumed trash would be emptied. Also when checking in we waited over 10 minutes for a staff member to come to the desk. Definitely worth it to spend more money next time and stay somewhere else!

The overall location is good for hitting lots of West Michigan destinations. Checking in & out was a breeze. The cable didn't work in our room, which is our only complaint, since our kids are always excited to click through all the channels.

The hotel itself was your average hotel but the staff was so very kind. We have a large family so they left us extra towels without us asking and when we were packing the car to leave a woman from housekeeping actually came out to the vehicle with something that was left behind.
