We are hard core Leela fans where goa is concerned. It's a fabulous property but the food is mediocre. Hence we decided to try Park Hyatt on this annual sojourn on a close relative's recommendation. We were not disappointed in any way at all. From the time we entered and young Alex who guided us through check in and t our room and the property, to young Joyson who take care of us at the pool and for happy hours, to every meal....it was a pleasure. They even come a toaster to the room to make fresh toast for you when you order breakfast in room! I've travelled the world and never seen that! The property was also extremely well maintained. Intimate and private and yet accessible. The concept of a pool only for adults was also fabulous! Everything well maintained and a team of people that truly want you to have the kind of holiday that you want. A must try for the well travelled visitor who appreciates quality and the finer things in life. Looking forward to going back!
A very good place to spend some quality and memorable tie with the family. The courteous and friendly staff and the tranquility of the place will make sure that you have a nice time. With a wide variety of choice restaurants even the gut will feel satisfied.

stayed at the park hyatt goa in month of june from the 28th till the 1 st of july 2017 we were a group of 6 adults and 3 kids and 2 infants . the hotel is beautiful and vast and huge we got the lagoon view superior rooms , rooms are very comfortable with big bathroom and 2 showers , 1 inside and 1 in the open giving it a very resort feel , totally enjoyed it , and my 10 year old just loved it all rooms have a beautiful outside sitting are where you can chill in the evening and enjoy your tea the service is top class , everyone is very polite and very very helpful , the food at all the restaurants is awesome , especially the goan food was too good as I'm writing this review a little late i have forgotten the name os all the service staff at the restaurants who were very courteous and helpful all the time , what else do yu need in a hotel where you the staff is extra extra helpful full 100 marks to all of them who are working i the restaurants and the full hotel last but not the least and the highlight of the trip is there pool , the children nd adults total;;y loved it ,, and the proximity to the beach is awesome ... totally recommend for a stay with children , beautiful property , my favourite place to stay in goa from now on,, :)
A very comfortable stay, as was to be expected. Had opted for an all meals inclusive package. While it was good value, I suggest you refrain from taking it unless you are absolutely sure that you will be staying at the property through the entire duration of your stay. All meals were extremely well prepared, and delightful to taste. Expect to pay around INR 1k per person per buffet if not included within the stay plan. The first two days by spent mostly by pool. The rains helped in this regard. The pool side bar yet small, yet reasonably stocked. I did not see a lot of people using it, but the drinks were consistent in taste. If you are a beer drinker, you will be a happy customer due to reasonable pricing (around INR 300 for a pint (and less if you buy a bucket)). Other drinks will be more expensive, buy not anymore than what you would expect in a hotel of its repute. If I were to plan another stay at this excellent hotel, I would likely opt for a package which includes the buffet breakfast. I would then plan to travel around and lunch and dinner at one of the many excellent restaurants (like Pentagon which was reasonably priced with super food) not too far from the hotel.
we booked park hyatt in june but the property come out to be below expectations if see the prices as compare to other properties of same segment like Leela, goa. we have booked lagoon view room at the hotel but at the time of check in they have given us a very low grade room with a small line of lagoon view and with no outdoor rain shower, infact they know that v have a six month baby with us the room was accessed by climbing few steps ... and after request and thanx to Ebini who is looking our checkin, they changed our room to logoon view with outdoor shower. The Italian restaurant at the premises DA LUGI was very nice with all food quality standards and staff behaviour but the signature restaurant MASALA was very inferior in the quality of food , its quantity and its presentation, on being very high standards of hotel the food was served in the dishes which are broken from edges and the quantity and presentation doesnt make us feel sitting in a five start and paying such a huge amount. staff was overall good accept for the duty manager at the time of checkout, we have done the bookings from go ibibo on 30th june before gst and paid complete amount including taxes but at the time of checkout the duty manager demanded 3500 more money because of his miscalculations and ve requested him that our flights getting delay and he instead of helping us threatened us that the hotel shuttle will leave and v have to than take taxi for airport....a very miserable condition he created.
Stayed at this property from 10th to 12th July 2017. Traveled with Family. Huge 45 acres property with lot of greenery and virtually a kilometer long spotless private beach. They have huge pools, kids pool is even larger than main pool of most of the other hotels. There are lots of activity for kids, park, kids room with many games and other activities. They have other activities like tennis, volleyball, croquet, archery what ever you want to spend an idle day. The beach is the best I have ever visited in India. Clean as glass, no dirt anywhere whatsoever, private till your eyes go !!!!! The staff were courteous and rooms were very well appointed. The property is so big that sometimes it is difficult to walk to the lobby and restaurant from our room in 2nd Court. But they have an internal golf cart service, which is available on call. But they need to increase the availability of the carts; sometimes we had to wait more than 15 minutes to get them. I have only one complaint - I had expected a better quality complementary coffee not just regular Nescafe instant coffee.
Fantastic resort.... Fantastic beach! The staff was very polite n helpful. The buffet was excellent on all days. The resort itself is very well equipped and clean. They have a kids playing area which is very enjoyable for the kids. The beach is very clean.
