The taxi fare overcharging ₹2100 to go to airport less than 3 km

Great place!

For a 5 star hotel this was horrible. Staff was rude, hostile and unaccomodating. My reservation was for 2 adults, 2 twin beds and they said it was not. Clearly showed on my Orbitz itinerary that it was a twin non-smoking room. Staff did not address me directly and discussed this with my companion, a man who did not make the reservation or pay for the room. They provided a cot for my companion in a King room "at no extra charge". They were really disrespectful to me. This was to be the beginning of a very unpleasant stay at this hotel. Our luggage was brought to the room, however no one showed us that there was a console that controled the lights and thermostat. Bathroom shower was treacherous. There was a large gap under the shower door which opened outward and pushed away the mat. Water from the shower flowed into the bathroom draining in a drain next to the toilet. This floor was slick and wet. I slipped and fell after showering because of this. I am 72 years old and was fortunate not to break any bones from the fall. Towels were stored on high shelf over a deep tub and out of reach for me. They could not pay me enough money to stay in this hostile environment again!

Very clean and excellent receptionist.

Courteous staff, clean room and great food. Regular sanitization and Covid-19 safety measures are given priority. I would definitely come back and also recommend to others.

If your ordering food after midnight make sure they are charging way higher for the room service.

The property is outdated. Needs renovation.
