Getting a wake-up call from housecleaning trying to get in at 8:15 when checkout is after 11 is annoying.

From check-in to departure, this property knows how to do it right ! Very friendly staff manning the front desk, helpful and informative. Very clean lobby area, clean, well lighted hallways. Very clean rooms, well appointed and plenty of room. Did I mention very clean ? Pool area was well kept, clean and safe. Hot tub was operating OK. Check out was easy and quick. We made friends with one of the desk staff, Jesse, who made our stay there very pleasant. She helped us manage our stay here, which included changing rooms to make it easier for me to get around without difficulty. Jesse is a real plus for this hotel. I would recommend this hotel to anyone for a stay, and it is family and kids friendly.
This place was great. It was very family-friendly and dog friendly as well. The staff was so helpful and welcoming. They did not clean the rooms daily, but they did come in and take your dirty towels, leave fresh ones, and empty your trash. They had a nice breakfast with plenty of room to sit down. We will stay here again when we go back to South Dakota for sure.
It was a cute place, very busy area. Paige was absolutely wonderful and helpful! Quick response time when I’d ask questions!

Excellent and friendly staff. If you stay longer than a day you begin to think of them as family. Could not be more helpful. We were a party of six and our room was spacious with two separate showers and a separate toilet facility. Perfect for families. Grandchildren enjoyed pool and slide.
Rooms were disgusting, smelled horrible and were dirty. Breakfast was poor selection
The hotel is updated and the double king room is spacious. The front desk staff were mostly friendly and accomodating. We did encounter one front desk attendant that made it difficult get fresh towels when the service for our room was missed. The breakfast was a nice option with eggs and sausage. Overall an enjoyable stay!
Check In was smooth and quick. Room was very spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. No complaints here, was very pleased.
My room was nice & clean, BUT the door didn’t look like it shut tight & the noise in the hallway was beyond acceptable especially after 10 pm! The 1 thing I really disliked was there was no type of bench in the shower! It’s not fun to stand on your head to shave your legs when you’re 60 years old! The shower itself was amazing!
I will not be returning. This is the second time they didnt give me the room I reserved. I have a family of 6! I ordered and payed for the luxury suite and I got a room with 2 queen beds! We I also had a toilet issue. I had to ask them twice to have someone come look at it. When we went down for coffee in the morning it was already empty along with the suger and cremer.
The room was extremely dirty and smelled like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. It was so bad we had to leave. 10/10 do not recommend staying here.
Many of the common areas were dirty. The front desk staff were very welcoming.
