Love the restaurant high quality Italian food, attentive, friendly wait staff. The hotel is quiet, clean and the bed are very comfortable. Very convenient to the University of Rhode Island
The breakfast buffet was exceptional, and at a fair price. Also, the front desk personnel were friendly and helpful with directions.

Very good location for Narragansett or Newport visits. The rooms were updated but the hallways are very worn. The bathrooms also need to be updated. (If they had to choose which part to update, it made sense to take care of the rooms vs. the hallway) Shower curtain had an odor, but looked clean. The rest of the room and facilities did look clean. Strongly recommend skipping the buffet breakfast. The eggs and bacon were inedible. It was the first time that my husband and I considered asking for a refund on any food, anywhere, ever. The danishes which were pretty good stopped us from making the request.
One bad front desk attendant. One inadequate elevator serving a four-story building. Elevator located at the opposite end of biilding from front desk. Entrance nearest elevator required stairs.

Nice, brand new restaurant on site, and a comfortable bar and lounge, which meant we didn't have to go out in search of food and drink. The breakfast bar left much to be desired, however: everything offered was heavily processed and full of sugar. They could do better than that with little extra effort.
The pool and fitness center are nice amenities. The lobby was nice and welcoming and clean. The room was the perfect size and layout. The only issue I felt was that the bathroom door opened up pretty close to the toilet making it difficult to come out from the shower.
room we were given was an old smoking room and smelled bad. requested room change. Room change wasn't a problem. new room was better,, but still had a musty smell to it.
Front desk staff was very welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. We needed a moderately priced place to stay the night before an early event and this was perfect. Would definite stay there again.
Coffee was terrible . That is the only complaint . All in all a good stay
Worsts hotel I ever stayed at couldn’t drink the water it was contaminated then the stag was very rude will never stay here again
