Sweetgrass Inn was perfect in every way!
We have been to the Boardwalk Inn multiple times and were excited to try the Sweetgrass Inn and it did not disappoint! The rooms are gorgeous and the staff is great. We stopped for just one night in early February and had the place to ourselves. I highly recommend this beautiful property.
The facilities were nice and staff very friendly and attentive. Significant renovation is on going but was well managed and not disruptive to our stay.
The Sweetgrass Inn was fantastic! It was super clean and the staff offered excellent service for our every need. The property was gorgeous.
Hotel was nice and clean and the service was exceptional, especially the valets. Boardwalk hotel seemed more catered to adults, but there were families there. The sweetgrass was definitely full of families. Restaurants were good. Spa was just what we needed.

Constant construction. Woke up to the sounds of beeping machinery and equipment every morning. Extremely overpriced for it's condition and environment. Good place to stay if you want to throw away your hard-earned money. Definitely will NOT be returning to Wild Dunes. There are way nicer, cost-efficient options in IoP.
