The rooms are in need of maintenance and a deep cleaning. Sticky carpet and door jam was missing parts. Staff was friendly and breakfast was okay. Pet friendly. OK for the price.

Good location. Not far from UVM. Best price I could find.

Easy, clean, close to everything needed. Would stay at any La Quinta Inn again for sure. Price was also very good.

Decent beds. Makes you sign a NON smoking policy but outside of the rooms on the hallways was dirty and smell a lot to cigarettes. Its a two star hotel. Expensive and Orbitz charge too much for this kind of hotel.

We arrived after the shuttle service ended. Contacted the hotel and they sent a taxi at no charge to us. Our only issue with the staff was during checkout the clerk was confused about payment even though we explained that we paid Orbitz. All was resolved when we contacted Orbitz.

Staff was great. Room was clean, comfortable and updated. Price was very reasonable.

Visiting for HS field hockey championship. Perfect location, 1.2 miles from UV campus at Burlington. All that we needed plus we won!

The room had an odour to it, whether it was the residue from the cleaning products or what not? We were there for 2 days/nights and the hall carpets were never vacuumed. At 7:20 pm there were laundry carts in the hallway and the breakfast room was being vacuumed at almost 8 pm? I was using the computer and the phone rang and rang and no one answered the phone. Staff came across as being not professional in their attitude, almost got the feeling that they really would rather be somewhere else at times.

Ok hotel. Nothing fancy. Enough for a one night stay. Staff nice. There seems to be a military base nearby and you can hear the planes early in the morning.

Room smelled of smoke/must. I was in room 130 and it appeared at one time there was a suite or a connecting room. At 11 pm I could thru the connecting the tv in the next room as if it were in my own. At 630am I heard talking and heels on the adjoining bathroom floor , and again, as if they were in my own. I could also see light from the next room thru that door coming into my room.

Convenient hotel close to downtown (just 2 miles) and next to the Interstate. Rooms are a little old but well maintained and include a fridge and microwave. The free breakfast consists of waffles, hard-boild eggs, yougurt and assorted breads (basic supermarket quality). The coffee is ok, but could use an upgrade.

In general, I had a very good experience with the hotel. The hotel was very clean and the room was comfortable. The complementary breakfast was better than expected and the staff made sure everything stayed full and were patient while waiting for guests to get done eating.

Overall an OK experience, and the price was right. Wouldn't stay there again, though. Front desk guy was not very friendly or welcoming. Our room was clean, but common areas needed some attention. No covers on mattresses, which always makes me nervous.

Stayed overnight-- nothing noteworthy but clean, pleasant -- just fine.

Clean and quite, a good value for your dollar. Only shortfall -too many carbs at the breakfast.

My stay was fine! The room a clean the staff was nice! I really have no complaints.

Your hotel was central to the visiting of our family who live in the surrounding towns. And there's was even a Joanns right behind your hotel. (Love to sew!)

I'm not in the habit of give out any reviews on any hotel stays, but I would recommend this hotel as a good value
