We appreciated the fact that this is a clean hotel. Though it could use a bit of a facelift, the lobby and breakfast area were clean, the room was clean and odor-free, sheets were clean, and bathroom very clean. We had a comfortable mattress. We could hear the people in the next room when they came in, perhaps because the two rooms were connected with a locked door. Generally, we don't like to stay in a room that shares a door with another room unless it is family or friends on the other side. That said, I would definitely stay at this hotel again. It is well located near UVM, the UVM hospital, the University Mall, and lots of other shopping. I would request a room that doesn't have a connecting door, if there were one available.

This is a good location - allowed us to get to Essex Junction, Downtown Burlington, and elsewhere very easily. THere was construction nearby but we didn't hear it. Great price, but not poor quality.

Staff was friendly and accommodating, room was very nice. Everything was updated, clean, and fresh. Very happy with the hotel and highly recommend it!

I don't know if we got put under the laundry room or what. But there was a lot of noise from 12:30-2:15ish.

We went up to VT for a ski trip and figured we would enjoy the Burlington area as well. The hotel was convenient to get to Burlington. The room was very spacious, I liked how it had a fridge and microwave. Continental breakfast was great. Overall it was a great place to stay. The only downfall was the hour drive in the morning to go skiing but that's really not a big deal!

Stayed 2 nights staff was great breakfast was good, will be booking again.

close to all things needed for a 1 night stay waiting for our next flight.

My boyfriend and I went to Vermont for the weekend and stayed here. We spent most of our time in downtown Burlington which was only about a 10 minute drive. The hotel was easy to find and relatively close to everything we wanted to do.

I usually have a hard time sleeping in hotels but the mattresses here were soft and comfy! Although there was a rambunctious group nearby it was not the mattress that prevented me from sleeping. It was so great I didnt' want to get out of bed in the morning.

Hotel was fine, room was nice but I think $100 is expensive for what you get.

All was really great with this hotel, except I was told to just call down 10 mins before leaving to book the airport shuttle which is shared with the Holiday Inn across the street, no problem. I was informed upon arrival in the lobby that the shuttle was full and would not return for 15mins. Many flights all leave BTV at the same time early in the morning. I ended up waiting for a cab, and checked in later than hoped, and ultimately was bumped from my flight. I would suggest that the hotel look into operating an additional shuttle particularly during busy periods of the day.

Pros: * Clean and comfortable room * So many pillows to choose from * Extra spacious with sofa and coffee table * Whirlpool bathtub was a bonus * Book in advance and directly with the hotel for a discount Cons: * Hotel entrance on Dorset St was hard to find. We missed it the first time around and ended up in the mall. * Dorset St has lots of traffic because of the mall down the road and coming out of the hotel, it is difficult to make a left turn safely.

the overall experience was excellent. it was a bit over priced but the suite and the staff were excellent. we were made to feel at home and the suite was very comfortable and well stocked and clean. the location was close to the center of town also which made our stay even more enjoyable.

reserved a king bed and sofa bed.By the time we checked in at 5:30 pm, they said only queen beds available. Do not like when people check in before me and are able to change what they reserved and thus take my type room! great breakfast and catered to the fact that there was a triathlon in town and provided great choices and opened it up early! Nice plan! friendly staff!

We where held over on a flight, the hotel was in a good location for the short stay.

Clean, Comfortable, within minutes from downtown.

We live an hour away, but theater was getting out too late to drive home. The mall is within walking distance. Took cab to Flynn Theater (Awesome, but 1 mile away and parking there is terrible) to see Camelot, hotel was helpful with phone numbers. I had a hard time getting wireless to work, probably was me! We didn't have the free breakfast in hotel, but area was very clean, large and busy. There was a UVM hockey game same night and college sports teams staying there. Your car can be left there for 2 weeks when flying out of Burlington Airport and they have a free shuttle. Staff was great, beds very comfy, and heaters were quiet! Definitely will stay again. PS Very little road noise.

As soon as I gave my name at the front desk, the staff person said "Oh, a reduced rate". She told me my room number and that was it. When I got to the room, I wasn't happy that I had been given a handicapped room. The bathroom facilities were not appropriate for my small child. When I requested a room change, I got got a poor attitude. I had to state that I had booked this room several months ago and whether I had a reduced rate or not, I should still recieve a room change, like any other customer. It took over 30 minutes before I recieved any answer. Then I finally got the room change.

Our stay at Comfort Inn and Suites, South Burlington, VT, was very enjoyable. It was very nice. Our only complaint, if you could call it that, was that the breakfast area was very congested and there was inadequate staff to keep things cleaned up.
