Very nice and clean hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I have stayed at this hotel 3 days. This is an older hotel that is very well kept and superbly managed. In my experience they really care for there patrons and do the best they can to accomodate their needs. The bed is really comfortable but the heater was very noisy, woke me up twice a night.

We have have always looked for BW on our trips. Our flight was delayed more than two hours so we arrived after midnight. and our room was waiting for us. What a relief! Four hours of very needed sleep and a nutritious breakfast and we were on our way. Just what we we needed and so nice as well.

This hotel was beautiful and the staff were awesome. It was a little far from downtown Burlington to walk but a few minutes by car. The Upper Deck Pub on the property had delicious food and great service!

The staff here were very friendly and pleasant. Not the most ideal location for exploring Burlington (you will need a car to get around), but the hotel was very nice. The room was clean and comfortable. Free breakfast was good. Free cookies in the lobby every night! Overall this hotel was a lovely place to stay for a couple nights.

Perfect spot for students visiting perspective colleges.

Very nice, a little loud with outside our room noises and lots of light comes in around the door

Nice clean room, can't beat the value, the complementary breakfast is nice

Overall hotel was very clean and staff was pleasant. We were staying for 2 nights, left room at 9 AM for the entire day. When we returned at 4 pm the bed wasn't made, bathroom wasn't cleaned, trash was not removed. No one had been in at all. I called the desk to ask for coffee and cups at 4 pm, also to report the room hadn't been cleaned. Receptionist was very pleasant. By 6 PM no one had come by with coffee or cups. I went to desk and picked some up. This floor was very noisy the first night we were there.

We arrived early on Friday having taken a red eye from the west coast...needless to say we were exhausted and so hoping that a room would be available...Unfortunately Christopher told us that hotel was sold out from the night before...but that he would see what he could do to get us in earlier than the 3:00 check in time...we no sooner were in our car driving out of the parking lot when he called to say that he found a room and it was ready. We felt he really cared about our visit and did his very best to accommodate us. Additionally, we were in town for a family wedding and mini reunion for 5 days and had brought a lot of clothing. Both Chris and housekeeping were a great help in tracking down extra hangers. As to the room we had a junior suite which was perfect for our needs there was a small living room with couch, two chairs, large TV, desk,Kuerig coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave. The bedroom had a comfortable king sized bed with good linens and great pillows. Towels were plentiful and the room was very clean. At check out I had explained to the young ladies (Bonnie , I think was one of them) that the airline had broken a zipper on my luggage...they were very helpful and found some duct tape for me so that I could at least make the trip home with out further damage. Overall, a great trip with wonderful customer service!

We were planning on staying less than 24 hrs but ended up staying 4 days. The hotel was very comfortable and pet friendly. We enjoyed the pool and breakfast daily. Great location central to everything.

The young girl who checked me in at the front desk accommodated my request to be near the pool area. She was a very friendly first encounter. The room was clean and provided a restful sleep. The coffee was good at breakfast. I would return!

The hotel was ok but for the price I expected more, for example no jacuzzi, the breakfast did not have scramble eggs, bacon etc. it had more of a cold breakfast. The carpet in my room was stained looked dirty, small bathroom not much counter space, the air conditioner leaked and when I woke up I stepped into a wet carpet!

Room was nice. Small but clean. Loud though above us and smoking in halls

The hotel met our expectations and the staff were very helpful and courteous.

This was a nice and inexpensive place to spend a last minute weekend away.

nice facilities, clean convenient . next time we will choose same hotel

Very nice hotel and located to everything. Would love to stay there again The restaurant was lack in, shrimp overcooked. However i think they were remolding so maybe they weren't at their best

Everything about this hotel was very satisfactory. It was an all around great stay. I have never seen such a great continental breakfast at any other hotel and the 24 hourcoffee was a definite plus.

Easy access to I-89, shopping & downtown Burlington. The Windjammer Restaurant on the property is convenient & the meals we had, which included a very nice salad bar, were very good. The hotel stay includes a good breakfast, including fresh fruit, a waffle station & breakfast sandwiches. There were also computers to use which is always useful.
