Great value for the money. Rooms are clean, and well furbished. Includes a light breakfast.

Mattresses were worn out. Tired hotel very much in need of general maintenance. The restaurant and lounge are only open Thursday through Sunday.

It is a very old hotel. The decoration is very good in old style. I was attracted by the lights and wood decoration. The price is not so low either comparing to nearby hotels. It is old anyway. The thing that I can not stand any more is the wifi. It is way too slow that we can not anything for business. When the tarffic is busy, the bandwidth of wifi turn me off from business. I have to use my mobile and carrier TLE to do my job. Not good for business traveler.

The single room is spacious with all the wooden cabinets, microwave oven and the fridge. The breakfast is less than what we expected. Mondy well-spent on a room for a Notre Dame event.

Good food when bar/ restaurant is open, prices kinda high but food IS good. Grandkids love pool, staff friendly, did have a dog barking next door and staff did their best to slove problem.

Stayed 1 night while in town for Color Run. Clean, friendly & comfy.

This hotel has seen better days, I'm sure, as I would consider it rundown and not at all up to a 3.5 star standard. The staff was less than helpful/friendly upon arrival, the interior feeling unclean, and I could not find one working ice machine. The quality of the shower was a 2 star AT BEST. I will not be staying here again, and will not recommend to work colleagues who are often in South Bend.

There was an issue with our first room, and the staff got us moved to a new room in a quickly!

Very outdated building inside and out, felt like I was back In 1955

Nothing too fancy, but for a quick weekend getaway, the hotel was quiet and clean, and the staff was friendly.

Place was decently clean. Room had a paper place with pistachio shells on the desk when i walked in. Not a big deal. Room was clean other than that. Also there is no safe in the room for your valuables. Wifi is horrid, don't plan on getting any work done while you are there. There breakfast is well below average. Not bad for $60 and on the fly...

This hotel was older than anticipated and the room furnishings showed it to be older. The beds were advertised (and sold) as queen size but they slept like regular size beds...very cramped and uncomfortable. Closet space was VERY small. Entire room was cramped due to size. On the positive side, the front desk staff were very cooperative, friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was very good. The hotel has a shuttle bus but they do not offer transportation to and from airport (only about 6 miles). A taxi ride for two was $37.00. Would not stay there again.

Good value. Both pools were very nice, including hot tub. Breakfast was a bit sparse... could use some fruit or other options for gluten-free. Wi-fi was not strong enough in rooms.

other than the shower curtain having a smoke smell, my stay was fine.

The hotel was very basic but a great location for graduation and football games. As everywhere in South Bend they jack the prices up for events but this was probably reasonable of the area.

I maybe slept an hour.. I was on a College visit with my daughter and was so tired.. The room next door was having a party and smoking.. Kids running down the halls, not being watched in or around the pool. I called the front desk and still was awake all night. I was sick all night and most of the next day.. Ask for either a room by the door or in a quiet part..

Came into town for Notre Dame Mens & Womens basketball games. Short drive to campus makes it an ideal location for campus activities

Very very pleased with the service room was very nice and would come back and do it again.

Not being familiar with Waterford Estates I thought I was taking my chances with this booking. I had a nice surprise when I arrived to find a very nice hotel. Liked the room and Bose radio. Heater was a little loud coming on but other than that no real complaints.

The room was very comfortable and the staff extremly nice. I really enjoyed the hot tub. The decor was a bit dated but not horrible.
