The reservation was messed up.. we reserved 2 rooms.. was in town for funeral.. they said we had one room and wanted to charge us more for 2 room.. needed handicapped rooms.. they gave us only one and other room down the hall .. the second room was dirty.. our 18 month old found a can of god know what and tried to drink it..it was on the floor in the room left from last guest.. gross., after we came back from family visitation they found us a room closer to our other one.. so we moved.,next room was fine.. was also told if we needed rooms again to call hotel directly don't use orbitz.. that way your reservations will be right.,

every item for the price was there. would recommend.

The room was very comfortable, the breakfast was gradation and the location was great for a Notre Dame football weekend. Already looking forward to our next stay.

Clean, comfortable room with large flat screen TV. Great location for my business appointments. Average breakfast but adequate. I will stay at this location, again

Looking for comfort, convenience and good value. Found all 3 here. Front desk staff was very accommodating. Recommended a good restaurant. Beds were squeaky and not the best, but fine for a night.

I like this place - I have used it several times in the past couple of years. Rooms have been clean and comfortable. Negatives - Carpeting in the hallways is getting grubby. More electrical outlets, that are easily accessible, are needed for all the things travelers charge up these days. Karl

Room is clean, but out dated. House keeping staff are nice, front desk staff lack smiling. I have stayed here before, cheap and clean.

It was clean and there was nothing wrong with it. The people are trying and that is what is important.

Good $ value compared to other hotels we checked into in the same area. My son loved the pool and we enjoyed the hottub. Pool isn't very big, but it was clean and pleasant. Room was clean but not fancy. Breakfast had good choices. Very friendly staff. Overall it was a good value and I would stay again. My only complaint is that the blankets and sheets were older, but they were clean.

Comfortable bed, clean room, warm shower, friendly staff. This is not the Ritz, but they don't charge Ritz prices. Booked a room for me at my next destination. The only problem was the chain has a policy of not washing your towels if you hang them up, as stated on a laminated card in the room. I try to conserve resources, so carefully hung up my towels. The cleaning person changed them anyway. When I complained to the person at the front desk, she was unaware of the policy. Sounds like the chain is doing a poor job of training staff.

The night staff (Mary) was Super and she was very accomodating; morning staff was busy keeping breakfast supplied so I didn't have any interaction with him. I had mistakenly booked a smoking room and wanted non-smoking. She made it no trouble at all. Beds were good for the $ and pillows were perfect for me! I need a soft, flat pillow and these were perfect. Breakfast was simple with no proteins but was good for a quick bite before hitting the road again. Overall, was good.

The beds are very uncomfortable, no lumbar support at all. The breakfast is Carb loaded, not many options. Out of the four front desk workers we encountered. Only one was friendly, the other three were extremely rude and unfriendly. Don't be fooled by the pool picture. It is small only four feet deep. The hot tub was warm, however did not work. The jets pumped, then didn't, then a bunch of air.

Very dependable, consistent hotel - some years ago we stayed 5-6 times a year visiting our daughter away at boarding school. Delighted to find during this reunion trip that the same clean, comfortable value still thriving - complimentary breakfast expanded, well stocked, and fresh always. Convenience to nearby Culver was important to us as well.
