Hotel was minimally staffed, which meant reduced services (e.g. only one trash can per bedroom, minimal towels, etc). The hotel was decently clean and the staff was nice. The beds were TERRIBLE and so, so uncomfortable. While it was very nice that our two dogs stayed for free (and this was ultimately the reason we chose this hotel), the hotel was SO bare bones. There wasn’t even coffee in the morning after a terrible night’s sleep 🙁

The room in the phone wasn't connected to anything. Had to use my own phone to call the front desk. A bit odd.

Parking was a little bit away. Ice machine was broken, but front desk had ice for me.

I like the pet friendly policy and helpful staff. It's VERY close to the highway, so expect some traffic noise.

There for a ND football game and experience exceeded expectations. The breakfast was very nice and they kept it open beyond the listed hours for us too. These are new owners and they are actively trying to update things. While this certainly isn't the Marriott, it isn't that expensive either! It was appropriately appointed for an Red Roof Inn and the location was great for a Notre Dame visit. It was a great experience and I would stay there again.

It was clean, in good condition, and the staff were professional and helpful.

The staff was awesome, the room was comfy including the bed. It's nice to have a fridge in the room. I loved it that my little dog was welcome. The breakfast was lame unless you want to cook waffles. I longed for regular muffins or English muffins. But it was Christmas so maybe they cut back because of few guests. I noticed the walls were pretty well insulated so that I could hardly hear the guests in the next room. But I could definitely hear the trucks roaring by on the toll road right outside the window. My ear plugs solved the problem for sleeping. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this place.

The guy that checked us in would not stop talking about his feelings on the current President of the U.S. I seriously did not want to know what any of his political beliefs were. However the young lady who checked us out the next day was an absolute delight!

Mall I needed was a place to sleep after the game that was affordable and close to the university. This place fit both those needs. It was far from top notch, but the staff was great and the room was clean. Would visit again.

Everything was average at best. Rooms facing the highway experience some truck noises throughout the day and night.

I had a very good experience. The inn is very peaceful and quiet. The staff was great. So clean and tidy. I loved the comfort of the bed. Bathroom was very spacious. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay. Red roof has never disappointed me.

Dirty! The halls and carpet everywhere were filthy. The key card reader on the back door was completely missing so no ground floor security. I would not recommend anyone stay there until they clean up their act.

The room had a funny smell to it, the TV didn't show cable so the manager had to reset it. The jacuzzi was broken, but the location was great, the bed was ok. So it was worth three money but I won't go back.

After a 5 hour hot car ride (a/c not working) the young lady at the desk was very nice. She gave us a first floor room saying it would be cooler for us. The room was very nice and the Inn was close to our family that we were visiting. The Inn was also close to shopping and restaurants and in a very nice area. We will be saying here again and again. Very nice Inn I more than recommend it. :)
