I arrived at the hotel. the staff was pleasant. I had booked my room weeks before my trip. I went on line before and the hotel appeared that is was only a 1 floor hotel to be assured that it had 2 floors I spoke with Jason and he moved me to the second floor. Reason behind as the windows had the capability of opening. I arrived at the hotel to check in and was given a key for the 1st floor. No problem they switched me to the 2nd floor got my key cards and they did not work. so back down to get another set. Told cell phones deactivate the key cards. awesome in a purse really of course that is going to happen. get in my room and find a bug on the wall tried to catch it and smooch it. No sure if I got it. on my last day I found yet another one in the bathroom and smooshed took a picture.. Baby coach roach where there is one there are more. I was assured upon check out that I would receive an express receipt under my door at 3 AM that did not happen. I went downstairs at 6 am to check out to find a sign sorry we are unable to assist you at the moment we should return soon sorry for the inconvenience. I checked out and then whispered to the desk clerk of my bug situation and told him where there is a baby there are more. this needs to be addressed . on another note i asked about a salad and they said that there facilities were outdated as they had no cook he/she quite not sure who did the continental breakfast in the morning but probably the front desk staff. :(

We stayed for one night at the Quality Inn on the north side of South Bend. It was fine, I would recommend it if you need a quick stop on your travels or are in town for an event. Nothing special but the staff was friendly, the lobby is nice, and everything was clean. Breakfast included, and they have a pool and workout room if you have time for that.

I had a water lak in my room that leaked on the towels and toilet in the bathroom other that that it was fine. Staff knowledge was good and completely worthy

Didn't stay long. Just needed a place to sleep and this place did the trick.

Way too much money for the condition of the rooms. I did like the location and the shuttle service to and from ND. The local bar just up the road called Cheers was a lot of fun.

Hotel was very nice. Staff was very pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable.

First thing we walk in the room there was a large bug on the wall. Air condition not working the way it should. Door creaks so loud that I awoke my families in the middle of the night. Exit door nearby by was left open with a rock wedged at the bottom. I removed the rock for security concerns. Swim pool had grasses in them. Storage room adjacent to the swim pool is a mess, filth, and unlock. furnace filters, freon gas canisters, and debris spewed all over the place on the floor. It was disgusting to see next to the pool and makes me wonder about the upkeep and maintenance side overall. Breakfast buffet stinks. Donuts as hard as rock and juice beverage machine broken(I wonder how long since seeing the storage room). Maintenance guy freaky the way he stared at us, lack of courtesy. This place has maintenance issues and has neglected them. Did the Manager ever walk and see the storage room adjacent to the swimming pool by chance? Unbelievable. Keep the door locked for kids' safety.

Staff was friendly. Room was clean, not bad for just a night passing through town. However, the water pressure in the shower was almost non existent and the floor of the shower was bouncy (almost felt like I might fall through or crack it if I stood in one spot) The room had a funky odor (not really foul, but not sure what it smelled like). Overall, it was ok, but will probably pick another hotel if in the area again.

The first room that we were put in had a musky damp older and it felt as if they were wet animals there so I had a asthma attack all night and could not breathe. I didn't call the front desk to let them know that there was an issue with the order in that I was having breathing problems. They told me to bring my key to the front desk and gave me a new room with no problem. The staff is great a little advice if you are allergic to pet dander for example dogs you may want to find a hotel that does not accept animals other than that the rooms are great.

The room was nice and clean. The staff was awesome, but the AC and mini fridge were very loud.

Location is great for events in the north part of South Bend, IN near Notre Dame. Older rooms so they could use some renovations, but we weren't looking for luxury. We were in town for a wedding and spent very little time at the hotel. It was clean, had plenty of hot water in a clean bathroom, we slept well, free breakfast filled us for the morning events. The only note there is that the coffee could have been better! Lol.

While they had no handicapped accessible rooms, the room with the king bed was great b/c it allowed room for all my equipment. The water pressure was awful so I couldn't rinse well. They nerd handheld shower heads. The breakfast was really good. We had plenty of assistance to load and unload the car. Staff was great and friendly. Very clean room. Hot tub didn't work and pool was too warm. I would stay here again

the exercise room was nice, that was the best part. the room smelled mildewy and the refrigerator made loud noises all night, loud enough to wake me. otherwise, the room was comfortable and it was a pretty good price.

This hotel is very convenient for access to Notre Dame University. Breakfast area was pleasant.

I was on the road and needed a last minute place to stay for the night. I used an app on my phone to find nearby hotels and the Quality Inn was one of the first on the list. I booked from my phone and was there 5 minutes later. The desk guy was very friendly, the room was immaculate and the bed was extra comfy. The hotel is close to the interstate and Notre Dame.

Good location for our needs - close to the University of Delaware. The staff was pleasant and attentive. The pillows were uncomfortable and the furniture in the room was dated. The breakfast offered a variety of things, but I have to say they were not very appetizing.

Close to campus, friendly staff, price was great too

Pool was 60 degrees and the hot spa was anything but hot!

From my very first visit to the front desk until my check-out everything was handled very professionally and with the utmost of courtesy. This service continued when I needed some assistance from the housekeeping staff. Staff was vey helpful and friendly. The bed was extremely comfortable with the pillow top and it was a nice surprise to find a frig and microwave in the room. If we go back to Notre Dame with our MI water polo team next year I will definitely be booking at the Jameson Inn!

I went to Notre Dame for a basketball game so this was a one night stay. The hotel is a good location, right off exit 77 on 31/33. The drive to Notre Dame is just a few minutes. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The TV was a bit dated (not flat screen), but it didn't impact my stay as I wasn't there to spend time in the hotel room. The staff was friendly. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay as it met my criteria: affordable, clean and comfortable and close to ND.
