Room was clean, but just old. Refrigerator freezer was iced over, and unusable. Corner seating chair had stains on it. Bathroom was clean, but had chipped, or missing paint. The worst part was that they provided absolutely no bottled water to guests. There was a vending machine with drinks, but was all out of water. Breakfast consisted of bagels, cinnamon bread, or regular bread. I saw no fruit, no eggs, no real breakfast food.

This hotel was okay but it needs a little update. The wood headboards and dressers and tables need repair or replacement. Also the bathroom had a huge rust(?) stain under the sink, and could overall use some serious upgrades such as grab bars and safety measures. The top blanket looked crumpled and was stained. Again, it was okay but could use some new stuff!

For the price, the hotel was a fine stay. We were only staying the night as we drove cross-country and it served it's purpose well. Note: Heads up: Even though Orbitz took my card info and said I had pre-paid, the hotel doesn't charge you until check-in. Apparently the front desk attendant had just finished a long argument with a customer on this topic just before I arrived.

For a budget property this place was great! Staff was incredible. After requesting a wakeup call, I discovered there was no phone in my room...they came up and knocked on my door instead! Greatly appreciated

My brother was in the Hospital. I was out and in. Staff was very nice, very courteous staff. Nice location, not to far from the places we wanted to go. Even helped with directions.

Could not get my TV to get reception. Lady at the desk came down to my room and adjusted what needed to be adjusted so I could watch TV programs. She explained sometimes people use their own games and then the connection is not there. She was so helpful.

We appreciate your feedback.We are sorry our vending machine was out of water our supplier only comes in every 2 weeks. Our breakfast is as described grab and go. When we do offer fruit it is limited. We are going to be remodeling toward the end of fall.

Thank you for the feedback. We are in the process of doing some minor updates to the rooms. Some of the rooms have new bedding, a/c units, and has been painted. More updates are to come.

We appreciate your feedback, Mary Ellen. Our location less than 3 min off the interstate is perfect for the price. If you haven't been here in a while we've updated many of our rooms with new televisions. We still offer our breakfast on the go menu of bagels, breads, honey buns, fruits, oatmeal and hot beverages. Perkins also offers our guest 10% off their meals and they open around the same time we put out our breakfast. Thank you again Mary Ellen for your feedback.
