The hotel room walls and carpet were stained. The shower had hair in it and the toilet still had fecal matter splattered. The beds were comfortable and clean. I feel as though I paid to much to stay at this hotel.

great. thanks. we were passing through and found hotel on Google.

Overall I had a good experience at the hotel. There was an extreme amount of chlorine in the pool so we did not get to spend that much time at the pol which was a bummer but overall we had fun. I would stay again.

We stayed Thurs to Sunday for ND's home opener. The staff was nice...when they were around. The room room seemed clean but definitely could use a cosmetic facelift, particularly in the bathroom. This is a great location for the ND games, 5 minutes from campus, dunkin donuts, Starbucks, and steak n' shake right in front of hotel. Great for a quick stop on the way to tailgating and for some late night food after the game,

It was close to every place I had to go. And enjoy the visit

It was convenient, affordable, clean, comfortable, etc. What more could I ask for. The free breakfast had just what I wanted and the attendants were unusually helpful and friendly.

Great place to stay! Friendly staff, pet friendly and very reasonably priced. Our family of 4 and small dog had plenty of room.

We chose the Comfort Suites because they allow pets and we were on a long road trip with our two dogs. The first time we stayed, we had a room on the second floor. The room was big and clean, and though the hotel itself could use upgrading it was fine for a night. The breakfast was OK, just the basics. The staff was very nice, however. The second stay, on our return trip, was much worse. We had a room on the first floor and could literally hear every word people were saying in the room next to us when we were in bed. It was hard to get a good night's sleep when we could CLEARLY hear baby's crying, people talking, even clearly hearing their tv. They weren't being loud, the walls were just that thin!

Large room. Loved that it had a sofa bed and free breakfast. Our room itself was comfortable, but the location next to the outside door, laundry room and stairs made it very noisy at night and first thing in the morning.

Hotel was close to our destination of University of Notre Dame which was great and reasonably priced. We were unable to be at the hotel for long periods of time but were satisfied and would return if rooms available.

Comfortable, clean room and good breakfast for its type. Lots of families at the hotel.

The hotel was clean and modern. Rooms were roomy and clean as were the bathrooms and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was okay. Wireless worked great. Price was very reasonable especially for the room quality. Pet fee was reasonable for two pets. Would definitely stay here again!

Friendly staff and good breakfast. Easy to get to mall and other restuarants.

When we arrived, we found lights on in our room and dirty towels piled in the tub.We called the front desk & they said we'd get a 10% discount on our room to make up for it.We put our towels in the tub for the cleaning staff to take care of the next day while we were away. When we arrived evening, we couldn't get in the building. Our keys didn't work. We had to have our keys reactivated. Then, back to our room and we find our towels in the tub--dirty!We asked if we could have more than 10% off & they said no, since we booked through Orbitz, we couldn't be reimbursed. They refused the discount they had promised us & said to take it up with Orbitz.

Two of us stayed here while attending a conference at the Unviersity of ND. Our accomodations were clean and well-tended, although the half-sized bed pillows are strange. We arranged to stay here for the breakfast which did not disappoint. While the hotel has made some upgrades, it is apparent that some wall paper and some hallway carpeting is due for replacement. All staff we encountered were friendly, hospitable, and interested in our comfort and care.

This hotel is well run, comfortable rooms, and clean. Off season rates are affordable. Breakfast was nicely served and the staff was helpful, cheerful and friendly. The accomodation was spacious. The decor is possibly starting to fade, and the bathroom tile is starting to loosen in a spot or two, but none of this affects the comfort and function of the room; and I am not buying it, I am just renting it for two nights! I would return.

Great location with easy access to Notre Dame and a variety of restaurants. Nice pool and breakfast. Friendly staff, beds need updating.

We (parents) sat in the hot tub while the kids swam. It was warm in the water and we could see all the snow around us through the windows. It was fun! The concierge helped me with breakfast for the younger children because my husband had to take our daughter for early warm ups at her tournament. They made sure we received adjoining rooms to fit our large family. Very nice and hospitable!

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Needed to extend stay an extra evening and staff was very helpful and arranged for us to stay in the same room. The breakfast included hot and cold selections and you could have a healthy or very healthy meal. The physical property is tired. Elevator carpet is warn and tile entrance to both elevators is cracked, chipped and broken. Beds were comfortable and pillows were many and full, not flat. Television could be updated but service had lots of stations. Room also had a sofa that was on of the most comfortable hotel room sofas I've ever used. All in all the stay was comfortable and I would recommend this hotel.

Visited my family and celebrated my granddaughter's 3rd birthday.
