Photos and description are very misleading. We found that the bedding was dirty. They had a portable AC unit with no way to vent it, making it useless. They had two fans for three bedrooms. Worst part was the neighbor’s dogs which barked all night. We departed the rental after two nights and filed a compliant with Novasol which is the actual company. So far, they are fusing to refund any part of our stay. VRBO also won’t assist, as they only list for Novasol and refuse to back third-party rental which is ridiculous.

The check-in was the only thing that we enjoyed in regards to this place. There are no restaurants etc in the area, only a snack bar across the street.We found the bedding in our bedroom to be dirty. We also found that they provided a portable AC unit but no way to vent it outside, making it useless!! They also only provide two fans for a place with three bedrooms!! The worst part was the neighbors dog which barked all night. Combine that with the fact you had to leave the windows open, resulted in no sleep for the two nights we were there!! One night we broke down and closed the bedroom window but was so uncomfortable from the heat we couldn’t sleep!!!! We did contact the property manager who claimed the bedding was brand new which is not possible!! Her response to the portable AC, and the inability to vent it outside, was to use a bucket for the drain. She clearly didn’t understand the issue at hand! Her response to the dogs was that she could not do anything about it.We departed after only staying two nights which caused us to incur additional cost for a rental. I filed a complaint with Novasol, who is the parent company, and they refused to refund any of our stay. They are absolutely useless!!!!!DO Not rent this place nor should you rent through Novasol!!!!
