Villa Assunda (300 sqm) develops over three levels.

On the first floor you will find three suites with access to a terrace (with king-size bed, double sofa bed, air conditioning, 2 TVs with satellite channels and netflix, fridge, kettle, safe, desk, wireless charger) with ensuite bathrooms (with shower, wash basin, toilet, bidet, Bluetooth connection), as well as bathrobes and slippers.

On the second floor, you will find another three suites with access to a terrace (with king-size bed, double sofa bed, air conditioning, 2 TVs with satellite channels and Netflix, fridge, kettle, safe, desk, wireless charger) with ensuite bathrooms (with shower, wash basin, toilet, bidet, Bluetooth connection), as well as bathrobes and slippers.

The villa also has a well-equipped kitchen (with all the modern appliances).

Outside, you will find a garden with a large terrace featuring a lounge area (with comfortable outdoor seating) and an alfresco dining area (for 14). Below the terrace, there is a shady gym area (with treadmill, bike, weights etc) and a spa area (with 2 jacuzzi, a sauna with shower and a relaxation corner), and down the steps, you will find a large swimming pool (90 sqm; depth 1.60m; open all year) surrounded by a sunbathing area (with sun loungers). - there is the ramp outside from the entrance to the rooms upstairs and the elevator that leads to the downstairs floor.
- the bathrooms do not have the handle bar however there is easy access for a wheelchair.
