We stayed here for one week in October. Great Value for money! The staff are helpful and the reception is manned 24 hours per day. Breakfast is basic continental. Great location for Sorrento Centre, easy accessible to the train station, Rooms cleaned daily, showers were fantastic and powerful. Overall great stay, would stay here again or recommend to family and friends! Some guests were very noisy early in the morning in the corridors. We had to ask them to be quiet on two mornings.
Went here last week for 4 nights, and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Reserved one of the junior's suites, which was a good size, all be it a little basic. 2 sofabed chairs in the room, which weren't particularly comfy to sit on, with a super king size bed in the center of the room which was very comfy! The room has a fridge, which we unloaded and puts our own drinks in to avoid the usual high costs which was a handy feature to have at the end of a long day's walking! Maid service was good, room was cleaned daily, and bathroom was a good size with a nice shower. Watch out for the slippery floor though, I requested extra bath mats as water seemed to make it out of the shower and the floor could potentially be lethal! For some reason the maid kept turning the cold water off at the mains tap, which meant that the cistern would trickle for ages to re fill! Most of the staff were friendly, especially Claudia on reception, and the breakfast was team! Not a clear view of the bay, but you can see the bay from the room, which was nice. (it's not a premium priced hotel, so I guess your not going to to get a premium view)! Hotel offered on site paring for our hired car, which was handy, although a little tricky as you have to stop, run in and ask them to open the gate. Watch out for the gate closing automatically, as it doesn't have a sensor to reopen if you are slow! All in all, I would recommend it as a good base, with a great central location to the main town. Thank you to the hotel staff who made our stay in a beautiful town very enjoyable!
Not a bad hotel at all, perfect for a couple of nights stay. Downstairs breakfast room was spotless as was reception area. Staff friendly and helpful too. Room was clean, although could do with a little updating. Had a lovely view of the sea from the balcony and it's in a prime position for walking to all the restaurants/shops/attractions in sorrento. Breakfast at the hotel was pretty good (standard continental) and the serving staff all really friendly too. We didn't have enough time to use the pool/pool area and didn't eat in the restaurant so can't comment on those. But overall a good stay.
We were staying here for a friends wedding. The rooms were basic, no air con unless you paid, not not term electricity unless you were willing to use your bank card in the system slot. I had to get up and reset it 4 times while trying to dry my mid length hair. The beds were incredibly hard, and didn't have fresh sheets once in our 3 night stay. Breakfast is poor, we walked in and walked out. The restaurant next door isn't much better either but there is a lovely restaurant further down the road where you are sounded by lemon tree's. So deceiving when looking at it from outside. The room was clean however, and the shower was powerful. The pool is tiny, it only has approx 10 sunbeds around the pool, so if you are of a large party like we were you would struggle to fit everyone around the pool. The view from the pool is stunning. A convenient supermarket across the road. I wouldn't stay again, but if your looking a for a single night it would be efficient.
Was a nice hotel and staff were friendly with a good breakfast and well located. Unfortunately the room was facing a street which was very noisy, even with the windows closed. Walls seemed very thin as could hear people in other rooms quite clearly. Also our room "button" which controlled the entrance and electricity kept on cutting out, including once whilst I was in the shower!
Overall not a bad hotel good location and clean however lacking facilities. staff are very friendly. It’s a ok bed and breakfast not too far from the town and beach. The balcony is lovely at night. Food was nice
My wife and had just arrived in Sorrento and went looking for a place to have lunch. The hotel restaurant looked appealing with a view of the bay. We had enjoyed our earlier pizza meals on the Amalfi Coast. Italy pizzas are generally amazing. To say we were disappointed in our pizza at this restaurant was is to understate how bad our pizza was. It was not authentic and was much like you would find in the frozen pizza section of your grocery store. Do not be seduced by the view. We left feeling like we had fallen into a tourist trap. There are many better restaurants in Sorrento for you to choose from.
My wife and I have just got back from our holiday in Sorrento where we stayed for a week at this fantastic hotel. There was nothing that we could fault with this hotel and I can’t recommend it highly enough. All the staff where friendly and helpful. Our room was modern, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and the breakfast room was very modern, clean and comfortable. The pool was a bonus and the pool area was nice and offered fantastic views. The hotel is only a few minutes walk away from where all the shops, restaurants and bars are, however there is a good supermarket and bar/restaurant across the road from the hotel. In my opinion this hotel should definitely be a 4 star hotel and it offers fantastic value for money. We will definitely be visiting this hotel again when we next visit Sorrento!
Just back from this hotel 02/10/1 7 to 07/10/17 please note not all rooms have been update. We had an older room but it was still clean and tidy the staff were very helpful, The hotel is upside down you enter on level 4 and the rooms are on the lower levels. The breakfast is a good selection continental and there is a nice restaurant on level 4 with a bar.Best of all its two minutes walk from the centre
The hotel is a boutique hotel and located on the main road in Sorrento. You can walk from the train station and it's centrally located to all the restaurants and shoppes. The property is quiet and had a beautiful view of the coast in the restaurant and pool. The infinity pool is well maintained but rather small. Just enough space to lounge but not swim. Breakfast was included and light with no hard plates. Items included :Assortment of Bread, Jam, Cereal and Coffee/Tea. The room was basic. We had a room with a king queen size bed, TV and view of the side street. The front desk was always available, spoke English and were helpful. Overall it was a good price for the location and met our needs but nothing spectacular.
