Lovely room w view of Vesuvius volcano and Napoli bay . Clean and high quality bed sheets , breakfast and dinner staff are very professional can not find any minor mistake. Will stay at this hotel again.
Excellent hotel. The staff was very friendly and professional. The hotel was conveniently located, with a great view of the Mediterranean and Mount Vesuvius. It was also a quiet location as opposed to our prior hotel on the main road.
The staff was all very helpful, kind and patient. The breakfast buffet was fabulous, complete with prosecco on ice! The pool on the top floor was wonderful and the little bar there is a perfect place for an aperol spritz around 6 or 7. It's a short walking distance to town (maybe 5 minutes). We really enjoyed our stay and would come back again!
Hotel centrally located, quick 5 minute walk to center of town. Front desk staff extremely helpful. Room was not cleaned properly and immediately hotel management with staff came to the room within minutes and addressed the problem
This hotel felt like home. We had traveled from London, Venice, Florence, Rome, and ended in Sorrento. We were trying to save some money so we stayed in more affordable hotels throughout the beginning of the trip, saving the best for last. I was so happy when we first walked into the lobby! The staff was friendly and the lobby was inviting. Everything is light and bright and very clean. The room had a safe, plenty of extra pillows and blankets. The bathroom was spacious and had a great hair dryer. Also, plenty of towels. The only thing I would have done differently is booked an ocean view room. We got a glimpse passing an open room and it would have definitely been worth the upgrade. The breakfast was great, omelet station, boiled eggs, cereal, toast, croissants, fruit, fresh juice, and so much more! We ate dinner at the hotel one night and it was also delicious. The hotel is walking distance to the main square where there is shopping and many restaurants. We will definitely be coming back!
