We escaped the summer heat wave and spent two nights here. We spent the days at Doran Beach recreation park and one day at Howarth Park. It was a fun and relaxing trip. The manager at Travelodge is very helpful and courteous. This was our third visit and we will be back again
Excellent location, easy to find and convenient just off the highway. Staff was very helpful. Rooms were relatively quiet and parking was easy. A nice range of TV offerings too.
Looks nothing like the picture weeds up to my waist. Pool dirty and more weeds. The window opened to a tire store. Shower old dirty no water pressure. Etc Just not worth 150
the pool looked like it hasn't been cleaned in quite a while and the refrigerator in my room was broken.
I can't believe that Travelodge has their name associated with this motel. It was terrible!! It was old and dirty. This motel needed to be remodeled 20 years ago. It appeared to be very poorly maintained inside and out. I wouldn't stay in this motel again EVER. In the past I have had good experiences with Travelodge. We recently stayed at the Travelodge on No. Market St. in Redding, CA. It was very nice inside and out. I would expect that a facility of this nature would be your standard and that you would not attach your name to such a distressed facility as the one in "wine country" Santa Rosa. My problem in the future is that I can't trust that your Travelodge name is going to guarantee me a standard of quality.
We booked this online not knowing how bad it was we chalked it up as a loss and went to best western across the street. The room had a smell that's hard to explain. The breakfast they offer you would have to be starving to eat it cause it's not clean at all
room was dirty bathroom dirty we arrive after 10:00 pm, there were no towels in the room. room smells from cigarettes and it was a nonsmoking room
The people working at the hotel were super sweet. But WTF there were cockroaches in the shower. ewww. Not good.
We choose this facility because it was convenient to our destination and the price was discounted. The room was acceptable but the bed was not very comfortable. Also there was lots of noise coming from outside in the back of the room. The breakfast was minimal and was in the lobby, which was locked one time we came down to get more coffee. When the attendant appeared the coffee had run out and we had to wait 10 minutes for them to make more. Also, the WIFI is not very reliable.
It is a nice clean room and for an older hotel it has been kept up really well. We wanted a central location and this was close to everything we needed. We received great service and many recommendations on restaurants and things to do. We could not have been happier.
