We called the front desk because we need an iron since we don't have it in our room, waited for 2 hours nobody came so we have to wear our wrinkle clothes to the party.Bad customer services.

I was disappointed as this hotel shared property with a budget inn. The bathroom sink was cracked, a cosmetic issue not functional. Free continental breakfast offered minimal selection of unattractive choices.

Friendly check in but the is really the only positive thing I can say. The room was tiny and the linens were terrible. There were people hanging around outside everywhere smoking and drinking. The "complimentary breakfast" was all carbs and not one piece of fruit. The coffee was like warm brown water

I rented this room from the Orbitz app. I did not realize I chose a smoking room. My daughter and I had not planned on staying overnight, but family we had not seen in 10 years was in town. Realizing I chose a smoking room, I asked the clerk to please switch to a non-smoking room. I get migraines from strong scents such as cigarettes. He said I reserved a smoking room (reserved on a whim two hours prior to checking in), and I do not qualify for a non-smoking room. I even offered to pay full price for a different room. Being so tired, we checked out the room. The room was so stinky and dirty, the lights did not work well, and the only thing clean in the room was the ASHTRAY. We checked out of the room without even putting our luggage down and were charged for the entire stay. I drove to the nearest gas station, used the restroom, bought lots of coffee, caffeine, and sugar to keep me awake for the 3hr drive home in the middle of the night.

Checking in at the front desk was a very friendly and efficient experience. The breakfast left something to be desired. The morning staff was nice but there weren't enough tables and chairs for guests.

It was not pleasant And im not going there again And would not recommends it

Booked this hotel for a quick over night stay for a comedy show in rohnert park..all the other hotels in this area were booked so this was one of the last options. We checked in roughly around 3:30pm, after getting the room keys from the front desk we proceed to the room and find that the door is wide open and the room hadn't even been cleaned yet. After an exhausting drive all we wanted to do was unwind and this added an unessesary bit of stress to the trip. I asked a maid who happened to be nearby why our room was not ready and she proceeded to tell me it would be ready in 5 minutes. We went and sat by the very unkempt pool and had a bite to eat while they got the room ready. The rooms are incredibly small and cramped and have a foul odor of old Indian food and cigarettes(even though we were in a non smoking room). The place has random bits of trash strewn about the property and the noise level of the other occupants was disruptive. The only plus side of this hotel is that it has a good location. I would not recommend nor would I stay here again, especially not for the $160 amount to pay to stay.

There were hookers around there an people selling drugs I just didn't feel safe at all the room I stayed in the a/c was broke the room smelled everything was very very very old

The room was actually much more aesthetically pleasing than the photos that were online. Two comfortable beds and I slept great! The only negative thing we had was that the shower head was really low - and we're not even that tall.

served my purpose just fine, everything worked including bathroom exhaust fan

Everything was decent except for TV reception. Overall a decent hotel for the money.

Staff nice but the place is old and dirty. Small room with a little box tv. Bedding from the 80s and stains in the sink. Blood stain on the floor as well. 20 channels on the tv and they are mostly fuzzy. Plus no espn even though they say they have it. They did let me use a pen which was really nice. Thanks for that.

when I made the reservation, i paid for a bedroom with refrigerator and microwave , the room didn't have does, I did bring some food and i did throw it away,,,, The hotel was sold out, just 4 bedroom available!!!

Basic needs are meet, rooms have new flat screen tv's. Refrigerator and mirco wave are recently new. Direct tv reception could be better on several channels. Breakfast room is well keep in morning. Staff is kind and professional.

We booked a room for a day because we were in the Santa Rosa area and had plans in the city later at night. After we took care of business we checked in to rest up, take a shower and freshen up for our night out. The check-in process was great. It was fast, they had our reservation on file and everything went smooth. Our room was clean with modern decor and furniture. It did have a Microfridge which was nice because we did use it even though we didnt think we would when booking the room. The exterior of the hotel looks run down and old but the rooms are actually nice for what you pay. I would probably stay here again next time im in the area and need a place to stay.

I like this hotel, clean, comfortable, good acces, I wiill be there again

The hotel is cheap and conveniently located next to the 101 freeway. Rooms are clean but the carpet is extremely dirty. Don't wear white socks!

Appreciated the refrigerator and the micro wave. Nice amount of channels too. Businesses within walking distance. Good for the price. I liked the door going to the outside instead of hallway. Good location to Highway and traveling.

As a decent place for the price . If your in a rush and a pinch its a go to place.

Hotel has all the comfort Iwant. Staff were friendly including the housekeepers. Hotel very accessible to all places like restaurants , winery's, and places of entertainment.

If you notice, the only thing clean in this room is the ashtray.
