My only complaint would be the noise level of the staff cleaning the rooms. Loud conversations by staff in the hallway when I was trying to sleep. Other than that everything was good the food in the restaurant was very good.

Comfortable beds, spacious rooms, great service. I would recommend this hotel and I would come back in the future for sure.

Very easy access to and from 101 freeway. The hotel is a little on the older side, however, it is very clean, comfortable. Overall , a very nice place to stay

Beautiful hotel. Great attached restaurant - the food was excellent. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Staff was very friendly at check-in and check out. Room was nice, but found hairs in the shower. Bottle water inside room was $4, for what you pay, you'd think you'd get free bottled water. Nice, but not worth more than $150 a night.

Great location. Potentially nice hotel in the middle of a needed renovation. Hopefully replacing the beds is part of that renovation.

It was clean, convenient, and easy to downtown. Nice and relaxing

The room was fine, but the hotel itself was very run down - walls and trim old and chipped.

Never got the wifi to work properly. Even with the so called up grade. ( which normally would have been an up charge) provided by the front desk it failed to work and internet was very slow. Quite annoying. Complementary breakfast was $10.00, not free. TV was a real mess, no guide available, remote was slow or didn't work at all. The front desk said that the cable was not working properly either. The concierge, Ryan, was far and away the best part of this vacation. What ever his salary is, it's too low! Many many kudos. My wife felt the mattress was lumpy. So, for a mid range motel this would have been good, but for Hyatt, well it's embarrassing.

I was expecting more from a four star hotel. The entrance and grounds looked great when I arrived. The room was nothing exceptional for a four star more of a three star. I expected a continental breakfast as was shown under amenities when I made my reservation, they just had coffee.

great location - walk to railroad square, third street! friendly staff.

hhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

The rooms we got were old, and we were told all rooms are the same, there was no microwave in the room and in the hotel as well. The staff was good, but the overall stay was not worth the amount we paid for this 4 star hotel. Yes - I can recommend to a friend if the rating was 3 star, but below par for a 4 star rated hotel.

The hotel is in a great spot and the property is beautiful. However the thing that made this trip really amazing was the staff. Ryan the concierge took great care of us and we had an amazing wine tour with Christo Limo and he suggested a great place in walking distance for dinner. Alix at the front desk took great care of us as well.

This was our first stay at the Hyatt Vineyard Creek. Their location is excellent to wander historic and downtown Santa Rosa and enjoy the restaurants and pubs/wine bars along with the vintage shopping. Don't miss Aroma Roasters morning until late night. It's a short drive to Sebastopol and that laid back lifestyle, too. The pool and hot tub are nice amenities for enjoying a crisp morning in warm water. The staff overall are friendly and helpful. Our disappointment: Our room was not cleaned when we were away. We arrived to make our bed, clean the room and bath. Shane (evening staff) and Alix on the Front Desk apologized a lot. Alix (morning staff) bought us brunch as a small token, and that was enough to make us want to try them again.

This was a very nice hotel. Great value for the money.

A large room that wasn't bothered by the noise outside. Beautiful courtyard, and had nice places to sit.

Clean, nice, good location close to everything in downtown Santa Rosa right off the 101 and hwy 12. Solid 3-4 star facility. Overpriced like most places during the summer in wine country.

Beautiful hotel in a great location -- easy walk to restaurants, easy access to freeway, easy drive to the coast, Russian River, wine tasting, etc. -- and with wonderful amenities. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the spa and the on-site restaurant and all the staff we met were very friendly. The ONLY things that detracted from our trip were 1) A constant sound in our room -- like water running in a shower upstairs, though we were on the top floor, and 2) Though we passed several staff on the way to our room NO ONE offered to carry our bags or get us a luggage cart....was a little surprised. We will, however, definitely be going back to stay again!

Very nice hotel. Our room wasn't ready at 3:00pm and had to wait about 30 min. However, they gave us two complimentary drinks so that was nice. Rooms were clean and the hotel was very nice in general. Probably not worth the $180 I paid for one night but still a nice place if you can find a good deal.
